I got caught on the elevator 3 times in a row, because two Hollywood level 20s stood right in front of it and wouldnt move... couldn't see that people were jumping off and couldnt see the timer. If you aren't getting on, please stand out of the way.

That happens to me alot especcially when the toon has a big head I try to wait until they go in before I do. 2c

Yeah, unfortunately these 2 guys (well, one guy, one girl) got right in front of the elevator when a group of us went in (there were 8 in the elevator, don't know why they walked up at that point... well, there WERE 8 until people started panicking because they couldn't see), and didn't move for at least 20 minutes (it was at least that long, because I logged out and back in 3 times because of them and the panic they were causing). Finally got them to move by pushing them with my own Hollywood. Too bad there isn't a Speedchat phrase "move please". I don't like being rude in response to rudeness, but there was no other way to communicate it.

Unfortunately, a lot of the larger cogs like to block the timer on the elevator to catch "undesirable" smaller toons in their & get them out of the way.

I'm not accusing you of doing this (just to make sure I don't get backlash).

but, I considering the logic behind catching undersirable toons. my PC has a fun glitch with toontown (and by fun I mean extremely annoying) where when I get off of an evlevator, I go right back on 2 times. even if a person is not standing there, and I don't tap any buttons. I just simply go back in a 2nd time, and when I hit hop off again I go off.

I never do the 2 second jump off. because I know what it's like to be left on the ele' and it's not fun at all. so I'm not going to put other toons through that (I made an obligation to stay on) but if someone jumps off at 15-10 I'll hop off to. because more can hop off and not risk being caught.

sadly, a story:

When I was ready to go on an elevator I was with alot of high level cogs, I believe I was only a lvl 2 telemarketer at the time. so I was still nervous about going in the elevator.

so then, someone decided to block the timer. and have some SF's who blocked the timer when they go on the elelvator (They were either the first or 2nd, or 5th, 6th. so as the Mr hollywood moved, the SF's were blocking the time. as predicted many people hopped off as soon as they saw this. but I stayed on, hoping they would to. I Also started a countdown in my head and waited till 10 to hop off. as I did I hopped back in as usual 6 hopped off again...
the the 2 hollywoods jump off. and everyone then hops on again. they continued doing this system of blocking moving and blocking for 20 minutes (I was making lunch at this point and watching from afar) until they were alone, and just started going "I think this is to risky for you" to me (I was the only one left, and not in AFK mode, as I moved so I could see). they were just rude. I'm was a lvl 98 laffer at that point. so I knew they were just being mean.

I did report them for bad behaviour. but didn't get much more then a...what do you expect us to do about it?

I don't do that. I've just barely made it to Mover & Shaker and after my last VP battle, I'm taking a bit of a break. lol
