Getting Disconnected in VP

yesterday when i was finally ready for VP and some friends were.. we went in.. battled all the cogs.. and just as pie fight was about to start (before the cage toon talked) "Your internet connection has been unexpectedly interrupted".. i was like ok fine.. i was mad.. i took a walk outside (in real life, for those who don't know what outside is.. lol) and did some fac runs after and went to bed without doing VP.

well today.. it happened again.. i was sooo happy i didn't disconnect when pie fight started.. and then... just before the VP was about to fall.. >.< well you can see in my screenshot.. what will happen next VP once i get 4 parts i lost >.<

anyways.. what shall i do?

ive had the same troubles, but with a lot more lag happening first, and it happens randomly.

yeah, i read your post

when it happens for me it's like everyone freezes while i can walk around and do whatever.. then it just closes after a few mins with that error message. hasn't been random too.. seems bent on me becoming hollywood o.o;;; i would be one now if it wasn't for this.

It has happened to me, my sister, and brother more than 40 times now(combined). My sister's VP run at Mr. Hollywood Level 14 took her 3 times to finally make it through. It's not our Internet connections fault, we have DSL. It's Toontown itself. There is not much to do it about it but keep playing. Im sorry to hear its happened to you by the way. Hope you'll get through next time!

thats EXACTLY what happens to me. i shouldve been more clear; it happens randomly when im in buildings and the factory. disney really needs to fix that. hopefully theyre workin on it now

to help it turn off the sound effects and turn down the graphics to 800x600 and u wont disconect. I havent since i did those things and now im a Name Dropper

do you mean the screen resolution or in-game cuz ingame it says 800x600 but my screen res is 1024x768.. i can try without sound effects.. tho i won't be able to hear the vp jump o.O; there must be a better solution

keep your eyes on the vp at all times for sound effects and the resoulution is IN GAME ONLY!!! to 800x600

And this is the only way unless u buy a better video and audio card. But that costs at least $500
