New Toon!! Vp Help!

Hello! Toons!
Well I was wondering about thw whole thing please explain these questions please!

1. What is a VP?

2. What is a cog disguise and how do I get one?

3. What is the merit about?

4. What are the suggested statistics of a toon to enter the factory?

5. Can someone take a screenie and send it to soad_nathan@********** to show me what it looks like?

I am a new toon, played the trial and registered yesterdaay!

What is the gag type I should not choose (I have toon-up and drop)

Attention, quesiton number 5 has been resolved, my little brother was exploring the new HQ and found a place to get in, but still, the costume thing... Thanks!

I'll answer every thing... Plz don't go to Cog HQ unless you're invited by a hight laffer toon or until you reach at least 70 laff... Merit is the part that shows if you can get promoted by the VP cog. The VP is the sell bot vice president cog. To get cog suits you must defeat the lvl11 cog inside the factory, but I warn you not to go there because every one will probably say to go away except for low laffers

First off welcome to Toontown. I know when you first start it seems complicated, but really this is a very easy game to pick up.

1. VP is the Vice President of the Sell cogs. He can be found in the HQ building (the one that is directly infront of you when you go into the cog playground from oak st.)

2. You need 10 cog disguise pieces (arm, leg, chest, etc..) to create a cog disguise that you wear so that you can go inside the HQ building. You can only see your disguise when you walk into the HQ. See your schticker book for your progress. You get your diguise pieces in the Factory from the foreman (one piece per forman).

3. Along with your disguise (which you need to get inside the HQ) you will need to get a certain number of merit points so that you can get inside the HQ elevator to go see the VP. If you defeat the VP and have your merit points you will get a promotion. You will no longer be 'cold caller lvl 1', but a 'cold caller lv 2'.

4. If I answer this truthfully everybody on this board will attack me. So lets just say go experience it for yourself and develop your own opinion. My opinion is at least 60 LP's and a few lvl 6 gags. You can recieve as much as 84 points in one round in the VP fight (not that you allways do, just possible), so thats why you need about 60 LP's so you can be comfortable.

5. There is plenty of screen shot of the VP on these very boards.

Well! I went in the Factory, and won.... My first time..
Now all fellow low LP toons, I had a guy with 102, 103 and 84 LP, and I have 35. The only purpse I served was another target, hee hee. Terrific, now I have more questions.

1. In the lobby, I went left, what was up the big staircase after the door in the center and what was to the right?

2. So let me get this straight, easy way. Get parts from Factory then when you have all parts, go to the VP?

3. Is it possible to dodge all the cogs until the Foreman?

1. look at the thread titled "factory map", its in the cog HQ threads. (sticky)

2. Easy as pie. Dont forget disguise will get you inside the HQ lobby, but you need to have your merit points for the HQ elevator up to the VP.
