If you dont get to participate in the last battle you get credit for everything except that particular fight, is this correct?

If I understand you correctly, do you mean...

Will you get merit points in factory if you leave before you defeat the foreman? The answer is yes, you can leave when ever you want, and you will get credit for the fights you had. You dont need to defeat the foreman to get merit in a factory, You get a cog disguise if you defeat the foreman.

One thing to think about is that the foreman and the 3 cogs in the central cilo add up to 4 cogs. So why not crack them up to?
