Never take lvl 1 CCs into the vp, regarless of laff

This makes the whole group bad, why would ANYONE ever use any lvl 3 gag in the vp, with the exception of lipstick

I have had a positive experience with Cold Caller Level 1's. Me, (who was a level 7 mingler) and my friend, ( a level 6 Name Dropper) went in with 6 other Level 1 Cold Callers! I was scared at first, even tho everyone was in there 90+ and most maxed, I was like, comon, there Level 1's! But it was a easy fight. Me and my friend did the job gooood. She knocked the pies in the whole, and I pushed back I didn't lose a single laff point. I didn't notice the other people, I just look at the VP, and concetrate on pushing him back.

Was the bugle used in the skeleton cog phase? I have used aoogah in the vp battle (I don't carry anything smaller), but that was when we were faced with one 12 and two 1's, or four level 1 cogs.

Thats mean!! oh, sometimes I use 5$ in vp!

I've used the BIKE HORN in the normal cog battle whein faced with a row of ones ... but just for laughs. I've also dropped a flower pot on the head of a lone one in the same spot. Sometimes ya just gotta mix things up and get a laugh, as long as it doesn't endanger anyone. Plus, I have to maintain my reputation as the king of junk gags. Heh.

First of all, I've seen many non-level 1 cold callers pull out a level 3 gag against the V.P
I think it would be unfair to refuse to go in with any level 1 cold caller. I mean, everyone has to start somwhere don't they??? My sister for example, has two maxxed toons, so she's obviously and experianced player, but being in university she hasn't had any time to play cog HQ at all. The first time that she went into the V.P and was a level 1 cold caller, the other toons took her with them and they won. She knew perfectly well what to do, she even saw me fight the V.P once.
Plus, I had a friend who was a Mr. Hollywood on two of her toons and a cold caller on another, so she was obviously experianced.
Also, when I started playing cog HQ, everyone was a level 1 cold caller! I went into and elevator full of them! (except there may have been a few 2's and 3's) and we won anyway.

And about the bugle thing, I think it's fine to use if it'll defeat the cogs. Mabye the other players were all using elephants, or even a fog horn. If a toon wants to save their high level sound gags, everyone is using sound, and it'll be enough to take out the cogs, I don't really think anything's wrong with that.

I don't think a bugle is bad. I mean it's awesome for stunning and killing off the lvl ones at the start. Besides, wheren't you ever a lvl 1 cold caller?

Everyone has to start off somewhere...you did. Someone had to take you in right? Besides, you would not know if this was their alternate toon. Some of us have two toons going to VP. In some cases being a CC doesn't mean you don't have any experience.

Uhh! You were one once. How do you expect to have experienced toons to go with you in the V.P. next time? I'll gladly take in Lvl 1 Cold Callers. I'm only a Lvl 4 CC myself.

I'm very tempted to start a thread called "Never Take Anyone Into The V.P. Fight With You!" I mean it's the illogical conclusion that all of these threads are headed towards, right?

Consider:

I once went into the V.P. fight with other toons, and we lost! It wasn't my fault, I did everything right! So if I never go in with anyone else ever again, I won't be disappointed by other toons! When I lose, it will only be my own fault! I won't allow anyone else the opportunity to mess me up ever again! :P

Look, I understand everyone was lvl 1 CC at one time, and a lot of good toons still are. But these toons....

Well, I guess I should've said to avoid them, but I don't remember the names, and th $5 Bill thing, you're only 80 laff. These were 90+ laffers using Bugles. This wasn't just for laughs, either. I heard somebody die, they were really in trouble. The main point here, I guess should be: Watch out for toons who use bugles in vp battles and die on the first round even though they are 90+ blah blah blah such and such. End of story

bebop i remember taking you in the vp when u were way lower in stats and laugh points and you were a cold caller and yes i have seen a bugle used in the vp battle and was just enough to take care of 2 lvl 12 glad that toon had a bugle yestrerday went in with a 33 lvl we tried to get him though but the skels got him remember everyone plays different and always have fun

Listen, there are good & bad people in the game, experienced & inexperienced, low laffers & high laffers. You can't make a judgement call on these people based on the fact that they used a bugle in with the VP just as the same way you shouldn't make a judgement call if they have Level 1 Cold Caller or 70 laff points. As many people have stated, they've used bugles & aoogahs in the VP. Now if all the way through the VP they used bugles until they ran out of them, well, that might be a whole different story.

Even if you post their names it wouldn't have made a bit of difference to me. If I needed to, I would've jumped right in there with him/her. Then I would've let my own experiences with that person dictate if I wanted to go in with them or not.

I'm a lvl 1 CC right now. I decided long ago that I wouldn't attempt the VP til I was over 80 laugh. A friend asked me if I would like to try him since I've had my suit since I was a 62 laugh. I said ok.

So we get through the first wave of cogs. Everyone is alive and at full laugh. Durring the skelecog battle my friend went sad. I lived with only 10 lp dammage. So I'm at 78 lp at this point. I fought very hard and evidently died right before the VP did. There were 6 other players when I bit the dust.

I know I did a good job for my first shot at the VP. So who are you to say that you aren't going to take me in because I'm only a lvl 1 CC.

I remember another post made by you a while ago. You were I believe in your 40 and stated that you wouldn't have anyone under 50 as your SF. When someone brought up that you were well under 50 you ignored them.
