I know who this person is, he is not maxed in everything and he is NOT a Big Cheese yet. From what I've heard, this toon got a few extra laff boosts from somewhere, but nobody is sure where from.

Actually I saw this exact toon at the time this guy did, and I don't think he is a dev-Although I could be wrong.

I was like wow this guy is incredible. I told a bunch of ppl about him and they all said he was a dev. I don't think he is. He's the first 133 to my knowledge. And yeah, it is total proof that someone has reached 133 on open. If he were a dev wouldn't he be 137??
If this guy actully read this thread hopefully he'll confirm it .
