I also saw some toons who were mean to me because of my laff in the past, and when i saw them again i had more laffs than them... It also happend with people who xed me and when i was higher they wanted to be my friends again.
I heard a lot of people who said that 130+ laffers are mean or rude or selfish, and some of them really are, but its not because they are high laffers, its because they are just mean people, so when they get higher they think they are better. Another problem is that a lot of times the low laffers act like the high laffers are really better (saying "you rock", and ask to be friends), and they only do it because of the laff points, so for some people that might make them feel that they are really better, but they are not (maybe sometimes they are, but not only because they are high laffers). If you think that you are good at toontown, then the only reason that some people has more laffs than you, its because they wasted more time working on their toons... Im a 131 laffer and i don't think that im better than someone just because i played golf and did the DA office million times, for example. Anyway, i saw a lot of nice 130+ laffers, so i can say that not all of them are rude. If someone was mean it doesn't matter how many laff points he has. I would feel bad too, but you should feel sorry FOR THEM, because they are mean and they don't even know it. If they are mean in the game, they are probably mean in real life too, so they probably don't have a lot of friends and nobody like them. So when you can slove your problem just by getting your laff points and gags back, they have A REAL problem. So its better to go sad in a game, than be a mean guy in real life. Thats what i said to myself when people were mean to me. |

You're always going to encounter players with bad manners, high and low level toons alike, and mores the pity, they're not always kids.
I'm a 109 and I even get treated sometimes like a noob. My experience is that the higher toons are not always better players. I do have to admit that there are times when I encounter noobs, and I mean really noobs (below 20) in areas and buildings they just don't belong and it drives me crazy. I can forgive new players doing such things because they just don't know, but when I encounter high level toons with almost no laugh points left and little to no gags trying to run on a "Frebee" (standing back and letting fully stocked toons to battle for them), now they really make me mad. But I always try to be nice, even though it's not always easy. |

Not all 130 laffers and up are mean thats not nice to say either. I've met really mean 100 laffers, 50 laffers, and 130 laffers but generalizing it to just one group isn't right. I agree what those toons did wasn't nice and they reallly had no right to do what they did to you. So many people seem to be caught up with boss and think they're the greatest things ever at it. Dude its been out three days, no ones great at it, its not risky for anyone who can be there, and no one should be griefed. Sorry for what happened but real life or toontown theres always going to be someone to try and bring you down.

I know how you feel. people do that to me a lot at the VP battle. The weird thing is, i've had some toons with 50 laff points and not as good as gags as me tell me it's to risky! that is dumb. I just tell them i don't care and i still battle.

I know what you mean by little toons being nice to other players just because they have more laff. Today, I went into a VP with all low laffers because, now that BBHQ is out, nobody does the VP anymore. Anyway, I was a level 17 hollywood with 113 laff and it's like I was queen of the world or something... They all kept saying 'You rock!' and would toon me up in the pie round even when I said 'No thank you' because I was at 90+ laff already. They were tooning me up even though some other toons were in their 30s and that disappointed me. I don't want everyone else to treat me like I'm better than them just because I have more laff. Really, it just gets annoying.

I went into a Mint once with these three ducks (ducks are so mean to me ) and they all had better laff and better suits than me. I used a second fog on two 11's and two 10's and they just went crazy on me. Asking if i was new, and that i needed more laff points, and that it was too risky for me. Saw two of the toons the other day, still working in mints, and i've already maxxed it. I even took a two week break from cash shortly after that incident, yet, i still maxed before them. They are now (they're triplets i believe) about 116 or so laff and i'm 121.
