Mostly because it's still pretty buggy. The CEO battle use to, and still is harder than normal, and some of the graphics are a bit off. It takes a while for something like BBHQ to come out, without being very buggy, nor very hard. They have to find that magic median.

Hehe, I was joking around with my friends about that. I told them that Disney was gonna make a new playground based on tacos. They knew I was joking...>D

Disney will release BBHQ when they release it. Besides, once it's put up, people will get bored of it in a week.

Toon1: OMG! BBHQ's out! Let's go!
Toon2: Okay! WOO!!

One Week Later

Toon1: Yawn, I've got my Bossbot suit, and I've battled the CEO at least 5 times already...
Toon2: Yeah...
Toon1: Let's go to Taco Bell!
Toon2: WOO!!

When will BBHQ come out? It's almost ready. All they need to do is work on the CEO toon ups. So the logicial guess?

Well, if they released BBHQ right now, than it wouldn't be at its best now, would it?

They could be whipping up a whole bunch o' stuff to make BBHQ even better than it is currently on Test.
