ok ive already seen some posts like this but im gona make an official raiding district.

if/when these r filled start filling up the disticts underneath them

You could go and make a sandwich before your toon will even move when you press the arrow key, in River because of the lag when BBHQ comes out...(And I'm only half joking)

Anyway, it's a good idea. The raid is almost guaranteed, but toons will most likely just run to BBHQ from whatever district they log into because of the excitement. (I know I will)
