Click Person you want to ignores username> While at profile you should see "Add to Ignore">Click on it and Click "Save List"

Hey Emo Clown, do you think you could help ME with BBHQ stuff? I'm 65 Laff and I Have a Hollywood level somthin on VP disquises, but I dont have any Cashbot stuff. I'm not allowed to send SF codes through PM (or through anything else) But maybe you could still help me get experience, My task is ^ lumpy cheeses from the Big Cheeses, and then i'll be able to work on Cashbot then Lawbot. I'm so close so please help me!

P.S., I LOVE that speech like thingy you gave about defeating the cogs. That filled my gigantic tummy with cog fighting excitement. Sounds weird I know but no other way i could think of to explain how that speech made me feel.
