lol, don't you think you're being just a tad bit over the top there,
Cheezy? I'm all for guides but all it takes is a handful of VP raids
to get the knack for stunning that no guide can provide.

A pointer thread is probably all that is necessary:
Don't stand directly in front of the door (you'll block other's shots).
Long shots require low meter (very fast tap).
Mid-range shots require mid-level meter (1/4 second max).
short shots from behind VP on ramp requires a full meter (1/3 second max).

Seriously, I for one am anxious to read your guide. Good luck

Gee I hope this won't hurt your sales...

Be focussed on the VP. Knock him back over the edge before he can hurt you. I found this to be the best advice. Some toons can distract and hit the open undercarriage from behind. Some can do it from the side and some from a distance, then running up and pelting him. What matters is finding your range for the undercarriage and then knocking him back when he is lowered. Pie'ing each other should only be accidental. Unless you were given at least 5 points restored per pie it is useless as a strategy. If you get close to being sad, stay out of range of his cog gear/swat/bolts attacks and listen for the jump. You can still throw pies at him.

I vary my strategy depending on the group. I prefer the kamikazee approach, attacking from right in front of either tread on an angle. This leaves the front open for toons who like the straight on approach. I can usually avoid the bolt/gear attacks (-3) but leaves me open to the swat (-5) and getting bumped by the treads (-1). The long range approach should be taken by the lower LP toons. They would only need to be wary of the jumps (-10).

HE aint just whistling Dixie!

(note: The following is a paid endorsement for the "Pops master guide to hitting the box”) Actual result may vary)

Before trying Pops "Master guide to hitting the box" I was just a no-vp killing, sad gettin’ toon. But look at me now! $2000.00 and 200 hours of play time later, and I’m on top of the world. Thanks Pop! The best two grand I ever spent. I had tried other programs like VP stunning for dummies, and VP Victories made easy (VPVME), but to no avail. These programs were way more expensive and waaay less informative. I was ready to give up on Toontown altogether.

I just can’t say enough about what Pop’s program has done for me. His directions are precise, and very helpful. Diagrams compliment the instruction to provide guidance to precise stunning. Hurry and get yours today. Thanks again Pop! You mad a believer out of me.

Your's truly,

Little Spunky

I was there at the very beginning when Pop made his first attempt at the VP and let me tell you folks he was a natural! Pies were flying, pianos dropping, cogs sleepwalking. It was a thing of beauty. I stood in stunned disbelief as he led me through the skeletons and pushed the vp off the cliff in no time flat.
Since this time he has refined his mastery of the VP battle. I have seen Pop take 3 50 laffers through HQ withot even getting hit!

$999.99 is a drop in the bucket for the experience this guide will give you! Call now, operators are standing by!

If you are one of the first 1000 callers, I will send you a free copy of "The Factory: how to slip through quickly, or grind away those merits." absoultely FREE!

Exerpts From Chapter 1, WOO HOO

Yes Folks, feast your eyes, exerpt from chapter one of "POP's Master Guide to Hitting the Box" has arrived. As promised, FREE of charge!!!

Note: For full version contact us today, Operators are standing by to take your call!!

Chapter 1- Fundamentals. Close range stunning "Kamakazee Technique"

Be warned!! This technique is not for the faint of heart. It takes a toon of great fortitude, requiring courage, determination and the upmost skill. Friends, you will continuously put your toon in harms path as this technique requires you to stand mere inches from the beast himself!!!

Never fret! Follow the instructions of POP's guide and you have nothing to fear for that nasty beast will not be able to touch you!

CORRECT TECHNIQUE (illustrations below)- position your toon close behind the beasts left thread (left of toons view) and leave enough space on your toons right to avoid being hit by the "box" door as it opens. Now turn at an angle to face the box and pound away. All you need fear at this point is the beast looking towards you with the intention of throwing his nasty gears. Just simple move to your right a few steps or as "Grand master stunner" Popcorn Cheezypuff likes to do step bakwards and jump. watch as the nasty grears glide under your feet leaving you unscaved
