I Don't have sound can I be a master stunner too:??!?!??!?!
But of Course!!! You just need to make it through the first two waves of cogs. Sound isn't necessary and not used in the final VP battle anyway. Your first few times in focus on getting used to the throw meter and stay up front aiming at the monsters chest and head. More experienced toons will do the rest. Make sure you jump when he does and you should be fine. After your confidence has been built, follow POP's Master Stunner Techniques and you will be well on your way.

Don't forget to stop in an give pop a big old "hi there" and "Thank You". Rightmost Dock Daisy Garden Pond. Come in a nd see us ya hear@@ ****

What I want to know is "Does the height of a toon change path of the pie?" I play a pretty tall toon. I was wondering if I should shrink so I have a better shot at the opening.

Please tell me, wizard of the pie, the answer to my query!

LOL, the wizard has spoken!

YES, oh Student of the stun, researchers at "Pop's school of vp bashing" have determined that a smaller toon has an easier time at hitting the box using the "close up/ kamakazee technique".

"Pop" himself is a rather tall toon and still does extremely well he just needs to get a bit closer to the thread than illustrated for a better angle. "Little rainbow gigglequack" has no trouble being a short little toon at even further distances then illustrated.

From the distance size isn't important unless you want to "bash" the bad boy in the head and chest, then a taller toon has a slight advantage.

Shrinking would be a good idea, but be forewarned a small toon is near impossible to hit with a pie unless you have knowledgeable "tooners". If you frequently need to run to the cage and get tooned shrinking may be detrimental to your success!

IT'S YOUR LUCKY DAY!!! For such a thoughtfull question "Pop" has decided to present you with a ticket for a free ride on the playgroud trolley of your choice!!!! Pop is so generous! ENJOY!!!

chpt 2. The Distance Game

Yes folks, the second most important shot necessary to achieve the rank of master stunner is the distance shot. By far the easiest of the two and most easily mastered.

To achieve proper positioning line up directly in front of the "hatch" (from behind vp) and fire away as you back up. When pies start hitting near the center of the door you have achieved proper positioning. When his door opens *BAM* the bad boy is dizzy and can be quickly dispatched.

POP's PRO TIP: POP loves to hit it from behind (no pun intended)!!! Distance shot stunning is most effective from the rear and varies in accuracy during different stages of the battle. When the bad boy is on a ramp hitting the box from behind is a no miss proposition

<All techniques demonstrated by "Master Instructor" Little Rainbow Gigglequack>

(Illustration) back off until your pies hit near the center of the "box"....

A Message to Our Customers

Yes Folks, Pop himself want's to thank you for all the PM's he has recieved of late!! Sales have tripled and Pop is a wealthy PUP Stay tooned for the latest installment "Chapter 3 coming soon to this thread.

Q&A
an unamed toon wrote:
Quote:
Did you really make a guide for VP? If so, where can I read it?
Pop's Reply:

There really isn't a full guide yet, lol, not the kind you would think from all the hype. In that thread i did post some so called exerpts from "the guide" as a way of presenting tips and strategies to "stunning" the VP so far Chapters 1 & 2 and more to come. As well as answering questions in a humorous fahion.

besides giving information the thread is meant to be funny! I'm trying to bring some humour back to the board in light of all the recent flaming and nastyness.

The strategies are real and work great, if you want to know how to stun the vp effectively your in the right place, just read the exerpts and have a good laugh doing it. Feel free to reply and write anything "kooky" you like as long as you have fun doing it!

With that said you can pick up the full version of "Pop's Guide to hitting the box" at our school located under the rightmost peir in the Daisy Garden pond, hee hee. Or call Clarabella from your toons home phone and ask for Pop she'll patch you through @@

You must first be a student of the meter...

Quote:

auntiejen,

the above reply should answer the first part of your question as for the throw meter you got it correct!!! It's that pretty green bar that goes left to right as you hold down the insert key. All it does is change the throw angle ( you can see it in the top center of your screen). The lower (to the left) it is the more horizontal your throw and the further it goes. the higher it is the more arch in your throw reaching real high but poor distance.

You must first become a student of the meter than a student of the stun. Practice, Practice, Practice, oh faithfull disciple of the VP bashing arts and all your questions will be answered!

If you throw the pie he will come!!!

Yep, tall toons are at a disadvantage when it comes to using the "Kamakazee Method". That same question was asked and replied to. If you look up a few replies you can find it.

I hope you duck finds this inf usefull, Good Luck
