I have seen a 74 laffer and less to like 69laffer but never a 54laffer

whoah how is that possible??!?! for the 58 duck??? you have to get toontasks to get to be able to CFO so how did they do that??? maybe it's some sort of glitch because with that laff, she should be at the end of minnie's melodyland or the beginning of the brrrgh. does anyone know how that is possible?? for both toons?
