Can someone tell me what the lowest possible laff you can have to face the cj? I read somewhere that it was 71 with maxxed sell/cash Is this true?

I'm pretty sure it's 100. At least, that's what I read on a newsletter around when it was first coming out. You have to finish all other tasks before you can get the parts.
