I don't get it
I'm not a subscriber, so tomorrow and sunday, a free VIP weekend, I'm going to try to defeat sellbot hq. I know that you have to defeat the factory foreman 10 times, but I want a good suit, I know you need a promotion, but I want a high level suit! I know that it tells you when you're ready for a promotion too. Can anyone help me?

You don't get to choose which suit you have - you earn it. You start out on the first level as a Cold Caller 1, and each time you defeat the VP, you get a promotion. Each suit has five levels, so you would be CC 1 thru 5, then you become Telemarketer 2 thru 6 and so on.
You will need to do the factory 10 times for your suit, then earn merits, think it's just 20 for the first level. Each time you win, you will need merits again. Hope that helps.

It is a challenge...get your suit then come fight the VP...you will then understand.

Having checked your stats, I believe you will be suitably challenged by Sell HQ and the VP battle.
Defeating sell HQ is not a weekend project - it takes a while to earn the merits needed for each HQ and having good teamwork and strategy for the actual boss battle. Good luck, have fun.
