The VP isnt defeated the same way that regular cogs are since no gags actually damage him. To defeat the VP a group needs to knock him backwards down 3 platforms and over the edge by accuracy, strategy, and number of pies hitting him.

He makes horrible noises. He throws little gears out of his front that do damage (about 3 points each time you're hit if I remember correctly). He jumps and that causes everyone to fall down and take damage unless you jump when he does. He rolls up the platform except when you stun him, which is when you can knock him backwards down the platform. When you knock him off the helipad you've won.
