This thread is here because questions are being asked and answered...duh! Your latest contribution didn't help though...

aurora borealis,

I had noticed the diffence in how many gags his signature stated and what he said after I posted. Duckan is a SF of mine, fairly new. I enjoyed playing with him and just wanted to show some excitement about possibly working with him again.

As for the cards miss or hit, I guess it is still up in the air what the cards are suppose to do. Lets go out and gather more experience and report back here. I'm sure we'll eventually figure it out!

*aurora borealis here, using my husband computer since mine decided to die on me.*

Oof! We all do things like that.

I'm working on getting more info together already, it looks like the amount of damage the cards do varies. I have heard from a reliable source (my mom) that Clerk Clara traps have done both 180 and 190 points of damage, and I have seen Clumsy Ned do 60 points damage but elsewhere it's posted as 50.

Talking SOS miss???

of all the SOS cards i have seen used

NONE have missed,

this includes...
DROP, RESTOCK ALL, RESTOCK THROW, TOON-UP, LURE,
and a few others i can't remember....

on the restock cards i assume that if you do not have
LURE and somebody uses RESTOCK LURE
it will 'miss'!! (as you do not have LURE!! duh! )

also i assume it restocks up to your GAG LIMIT
so if you used no gags you get nothing
or if you have the MAXIMUM amount
(ie: LVL:2 LURE 15 of LVL:1 & 10 of LVL:2)
you get nothing (again as i said before, DUH!)

i cant tell you abount this for absolute certian but,
i can guess that this is the way it goes
(at least thats the way i would work it if i were to have done it)

He said it WAS 70. I guess he has got it up to 80 recently.

Well as I had stated earlier, I have been in the VP battle where restock sound was use twice (two separate battles...) and restock throw was used. In all cases, I had level 6 gags that had been used, had one or two left... I had two or three spots open on level 5 as well and I had all the rest of my level 1-4 open on sound, and all the throw open except for a fruit pie or two at level 4. When the pixie dust was sprinkled the text said, restock sound...or throw. I checked on the next round and nothing was restocked... So I have to assume either a bug or a miss.

yes i did get my task done for that, i now have everything a toon should have (not counting the fish)
100laff - 250 bean jar - 80 gag bag - 4 toontasks

and i still say IF you have to many of a gag you probly wont get RESTOCKED by the restock card

when i used my RESTOCK ALL card i had my gags filled highest level first down to level 4 gags, if it does not work for you maybe it is a bug...

I just used one of my Sid Sonatas. He used a foghorn, did 100 damage total.. Another person did a foghorn that had 7720 points. Anyone know the Sound numbers well enough to find out how much it did?
