Since someone decided to dig this old thread up I'll just mention the good laugh I had at all the VP elevator snobs last night.

I was trying to get into VP with Tubcat and the toons kept trying to shuffle out a midlaff toon who was trying to get in. Well, they were so worried about keeping that one toon out that two other midlaffers snuck into the shuffle and onto the elevator without ppl noticing. Despite this, we had no trouble winning. I love a good irony.

first, then you can compliment his gag with yours. He may not
know the best plan of action but your adaptation will win the day.
If he waits with you, to the point that the timer is about to run
out, there's a good chance he knows what he's doing, and wants
to make sure NOT to ruin a battle plan. This of course assumes a
certain amount of game experience on the part of the 60 laffer.

You can get a feel for what others do usually by the first or second
round, by waiting as long as possible to see their play style.

Beyond that, perception is reality. It could very well be that
ssgamer's experience was indeed a bad one. I'll don't blame him
for choosing the toons he wants to play with
I would give up many many jellybeans for "You go first!"

I'm glad that you won. It shows the high laugher dancers (sound like a group "High laugher dancers" hehe) that mid laughers are ok.

I don't mind a few mid laughers in the mix as much as I dislike the dance.
