Will Bossbot HQ severely reduce the Lawbot HQ population?

The past few weeks, I have been working on my lawsuit (Lawsuit! Hee! I can never get over that pun..) and I've somewhat noticed that there is barely ever a crowd outside the nutty river CJ elevator. Usually, before CJing, my brother and I will have to wait a while before having a group to battle the CJ. Therefore, I'm wondering how much smaller this population will go once bossbot hq is released. Since, most likely, getting the bossbot suit will require tasks right after the lawbot suit task, toons would be able to skip law if they so prefer. Also, because many people believe law is far from the most fun hq (Although it is my favourite), they would probably rush right into bossbot, neglecting law altogether!

Could this be why Disney is delaying the release of Bossbot hq?
Thoughts?

I think that everyone will be in BBHQ when it comes out. And (thus) the LBHQ population will go down. At least only for a little while. Think of it this way, do most toons maxx sellbot before cashbot? cashbot before lawbot? The answer is YES. Since LBHQ is before BBHQ, toons will want to finish their lawsuits first, and then do their bossuits. (LOL, nice joke! Cashsuits sounds like cashews, just sayin')
