Cool Got my first time out of the way!

I finally tried the VP today, and it was a blast. I've had my suit and merits since right after I finished LOM a few weeks ago, but set a goal of 100 laff before I tried him.

I work midnight and am completely exhausted, but I figured I'd give it a shot before I go to bed, and it was worth it.

I don't remember their names, but it was a great bunch of toons in there with me. We all pretty much had full laff when we finished the skelecogs.

I'm sure they won, but I forgot to jump a couple times and went sad when he was at the bottom of the ramp almost in the middle of the target thing

I think I've got the hang of it now though, and am looking forward to doing it again now that I have an idea of how it works and which gags are most important to take in with me.

You get a much better idea of what all the tips that have been posted here actually mean once you've seen the VP. Guess I'm a bit of a slow learner - only on my last VP run did I finally really get how to throw pies into his tummy, and figure out the best place to stand.

Jumping was also my downfall the first few times, my reflexes were far too slow. I couldn't concentrate on looking out for his jumps as well as throwing pies. But I'm much better now, I'll only fall over 3 or 4 times during a fight.

Btw I think it's very important for everyone to have completely full laff after the skelecogs. I make sure I use toonup a lot towards the end of that battle.

Pretty fun, eh WackyWrinklezap? hehe! Yea those VP stomps
rattle you to the bone the first couple of times you fight him. Once
you learn the subtle audio and visual ques he gives, it's easy to
avoid sadness from his leaps.

Before long, you'll be the last toon standing in VP battles, with
only 2 options: let him whittle you down to sadness at -3 per
gear attack while you desparately try to get a pie in his door, or
Alt-F4'ing, hehe.
