This sounds like you want all maxed Mr Hollywoods only because to do those runs over and over to get rare cards you would have to be max. Also it would be a good idea to put a time zone and district.

64 laff and Mr. hollywood Lv.12. i got good gags. i can't belive i wasted my gyster and opera singer yesterday

still need more merits for that ugly 5500 Edit: i'm almost done with my merits i'm in the 3000's now. and i have 1 laff boost(see above)
