What are all the things that an SOS toons can do?

Every gag, just about, with varying degrees of effectiveness. There seems to be an opinion that the stars at the bottom indicate the user's power. I haven't fully tested that out myself.

Also, restocking gags (but only if you had them in the first place). Again, I don't know if the stars indicate what level of gag they replace, like 3 stars on a Restock Sound may indicate they only restock level 3 sound gags, but again, not sure.

Toons Hit means that all toons should hit, with varying degrees of accuracy.

Cog Miss means that all cogs will miss the next round of attacks, again varying.

well, I used a restock sound card ,(the toon using it didn't have sound)and the toon came and gave evrybody a kiss like a toon up but nobody got their sound restocked,what a waste,luckily no one died.I also used one for trap which was awesome! the toon came and set a trap door in front of all four cogs,my friend lured and each trap was worth 180 points!!!! Then I tried to use anouther trap card in the vp battle against 4 12s and only got 70 points per trap! I forgot to notice the star level on each card ,but I'll bet they do represent the strenth of the gag.one more thought,at first I was thinking ,these cards don't really do much for a maxxed out toon,if you need one then something is wrong,BUT I think they may be very valuable when the other CHQs come out.We may actually need them! so use a couple ,see how they work,but then start saving them for the next VP!!
