SOS Card rarities

OK, since we want to know what the best SOS cards are, how about the rarity of finding a particular card.

CPUTNAL, I think that is who says it, will say Professor Pete is the rarest card.

For me it seems to be Barnacle Bessie is the hardest for me to find. But Professor Pete is up there in rarity.

I have found quite a few Flippys, Clerk Claras, Lil Oldmans, Moe Zarts.
Bunches and bunches of Franz Neckveins.
Bunches and bunches of Daffy Dons.
Bunches and bunches of Flim Flams. (Which I do not care about.)

The other cards I cannot tell you about since I do not like to keep them. And I get rid of them as soon as I can.

I do not go for Melody Wavers or Baker Bridgets whatsoever.

Rarity of cards have been found http://www.toontowncentral.com/forum...83&postcount=1 not offical but you get the idea.

heres a short copy and paste
#'s of cards, card name, and percent
25 Flippy's (34.72%chance)
35Moe Zarts (37.23%chance)
31Prof. Pete's (36.47%chance)
27
Barnacle Bessie's (28.21% chance)
15Franz Neckvein (31.25% chance)
21Clerk Clara's (34.42% chance)
26
Lil Oldman's (23.00% chance)

Does that help?

Thanks for that

I have taken the summer off from toontown .

I initially thought these were good statistics, but this is not what I was talking about.

This is not a rarity percentage chart.

This is a percentage chart on Victories per Attempts chart.

If this is a rarity chart then some new math has been discovered.
If you add up, what you have posted
34.72+37.23+36.47+28.21+31.25+34.42+23 = 225.3% This is a tad bit more than 100%, which is today's accepted maximum math probability of an event occuring, and does not even include the other 22 cards that are possible to be found.

Their group rescued 25 out of 72 Flippy cards. Meaning of the 72 times they went in and fought the VP for a Flippy Card they only beat the VP 25 times and lost 47 times.

These might be good statistics for your chance of having a victory for a particular card. But the wild card factor included in this is the toon experience. If this chart is for running with random toons, then this percentage of me having a victory in one in three chances is possibly correct. If I run with three of my friends all day, I will bet our success ratio would be more like 99.99%.

I am talking about a true rarity chart

There are 29 cards. If you divide 1/29 = .034483. Multiply .034483 * 100 = 3.4483% of each card appearing.

Each card has a 3.4483% of appearing in a statistically balanced world. But, we all know that some cards are harder to find. Such as Lil Oldman, Barnacle Bessie, and Professor Pete.

But some cards are rarer than others. If you tell me that you have found a Flippy card 34.72% of the time you have gone in to fight the VP, then I will tell you that you are one very lucky toon. And congratulations and I wish I would run with you.

I realize that most posters on these boards are kids and probably do not understand some of the logic(illogic?) in my posts.

I think that the chance of getting any one card is the same for all cards 1 in 29. That's just an opinion though. I think they are stating that 5 star are extremely rare based on the fact that there are only 6 of them out of the 29.
From experience everyone knows that calling any SOS extremly rare is already inaccurate. Maybe if I'm really bored sometime I'll tally some CCG reports, since they stay for all SOS and would report them at the same rate regardless of which SOS card they won.
