this bug happens to me alot, to do it, run to the railing whilest jumping, and you'll go through the floor down to the work people cogs and the 4 buttons(5 if you count red)

Unhappy Factory problem; how to jump down?

Hey I don't get this part in the cog factory where there comes this one part when you get to this balcony and when you look down theres the 4-6 buttons which u have to press to destroy the little lamp weirdos below that floor. Anyway, everytime we get there with some toons, all of them somehow dissappear and appear downstairs fighting with the cogs protecting the buttons. It's really frustrating cos I always end up having to find some other way to get there alone. arghhhh could someody explain how to get down?id really appreciate it

ok,i'll tell. When you are at the lookout, keep running forward and hit the home button a lot, really fast, until you are under the floor. This will NOT mess up your computer.

Maybe it only lets one person through. I have not seen more than one person make it before (could just be bad luck). It may be a feature so that one person can clear out the spotlight bots while the rest go the long way around.

Check out the thread "Warehouse Lookout Mystery" for more on this topic.

To summarize, it appears to be a bug, and toons using fast computers don't seem to be able to take advantage of it, no matter how we jump. Our toons have to go the long way around through the Boiler Room to join the folks in the Warehouse.

The Shortcut?

Does anyone know how to do the shortcut and if they could, tell me how to do it? I was in the factory and the toons i was with went to the lookout shortcut and everyone went through it. I couldn't so I had to go the long way, alone. I could use some help in getting through. Thanks.

Easier: Go to the far right corner -- keep running at the corner, then gradually (slowly) turn to the left while still running at the balcony gate. You will fall on the tall platform beneath you. Be aware not to move right, as you will fall into the area of the goons. Automatically move left and go up the stairs to the warehouse cogs.

I highly recommend that you DON'T keep passing this around to people. There are some of us who can't do it, and it's really frustrating to get left behind as everyone else skips ahead due to a bug. It's very rude.

agree 110% dusty. leaves one toon to fend off the cogs in the boiler room.

That is rude, but it's even worse when you make it to the warehouse only to find that the toons who short-cutted the boiler room are just standing there waiting for you to help them beat the cogs on the 2nd floor.

The least they could do when they say "Let's meet in the Warehouse" is to kill the cogs and the Goons on the lower floor!

Getting past the cogs in the Boiler room and the Goons in the Catwalk is not that difficult for a high laffer, but if you suffer damage along the way and then have to get by the Goons in the warehouse as well, you could be close to going sad.

So if you short-cutters are going to do that, at least kill the cogs and the Goons!

sorry, I cant

Some can and some cannot do this "feature" before you go up there inform those with you "Sorry, I can't" using speedchat and maybe they will be nice and go around the other way with you.

If they do it anyway, just go around on your own and by the time you get there they will have finished the goons off for you.
