Another VP solo!!!!!!
That's right! After a week of CFOing to get unites, I finally thought I was ready for a VP solo!!! I'm glad I did it! And my friends were proud of me today
Unites used:
1 10 tu
6 20 tu
8 40 tu (forgot)
6 80 tu
3 max tu
2 gag all
SOS used:
1 Flippy
1 LOM
2 Franz Neckvien (both missed)
1 Clerk Clara
I had no Bessie unfortunately.

Pictures:
Here's me, going for doom... The SOS was Sophie Squirt. At first I thought it was Bessie, but I was wrong. I noticed that AFTER I finished the first round. I was like...oh well, and went ahead to the skelocog round.

Thanks Flippy

The first round went pretty smooth. Lure missed only once. There were more little cogs than big, which I was happy of. Finished first round!!!

This part really gets to me... Both and all of my Franz missed on THESE cogs, my lvl 7 sound missed on it, when I lured, it woke up right away...it was terrible... I used alot of unites.

Franz missed both times!!!!! >

Finally finished!!!! Using half my tu unites!!!

I didn't like Sophie Squirt in the first place >.<

Finally got past the first ramp!!! It was hard, since I kept on getting stuck at the point where the ramp and the level floor met at the top.

The next 2 pictures below represent the pie part where I got stuck the most. I think I used at least 5 tu unites at this part. The reason was, the VP kept on opening that door thing on the opposite side. When I went on the other side, it would shoot the gears at the other side. Another trouble was, the VP kept on (and didn't stop) shooting gears at me, making me miss the door, or fall INTO the door opening. He tried his best to stop me. I got so frustrated at this part that I started to stink the VP LOL. Finally I said... "Can you help me?" and the VP suddenly became easier (but he still tried to stop me). I found a trick to dodging the VP gears, explained when all the pictures are done.

I did it! After being frustrated with the VP, I let all my anger out and sent the VP over the ledge and danced happily!

I STILL hate you Squirt!

Tips:
I would suggest bringing at least 600 laff points worth of unites. I became unlucky and I had to use way more than that. At least 500 for the cog round and maybe 100 or so for the pie round.
Also, in the first cog round. A lvl 12 will DEFINATELY come out. Maybe a few more little cogs. Try your best to kill the big cog first, ignore the little ones. For me, a lvl 12 and 2 lvl 1 cold callers came out. I immediatly TNTed the lvl 12 and took on -20 damage. Then another 12 came out, but I elephanted, since it would kill the lvl 12 and both cold callers. Then I lured.
If at any time you are with 4 lvl 12, the best strategy I would use it to either sound and then do a Toontanic (If you have drop and a toontanic) or lay down a train track and then lure. In my case, I laid a train track. But since it wasn't planted, I had to sound after that to kill.
In the pie round when you AND the Vp are on level floor, a way to dodge the VPs constant gears while still making it in to throb a pie into the door is this: Stand just outside the range of the VPs spraying gears (look at the 12th pic). When the VP turns to you to throw gears at you, run forward, when he is done, run back 3 steps. When the door opens, and the VP is about to throw gears at you to keep you from lodging a pie in the door, run forward and then pie. It is a great technique. It doesn't always work since the VP is unpredictable. But it sure is alot better than standing close to the door, running forward a bit (when the VP is about to throw gears at you) to dodge it, JUST as the door opens. Making you fall over and miss the chance to make him go red and dizzy. This technique gets you to run forward and not get a chance to bump into anything. Still, I had to use many unites since the VP did anything to stop me, including jumping when I was about to stun the VP, then throwing gears at me right after (before I had the chance to escape), and then RIGHT after, the door opened and knocked me down AGAIN.... and then the VP would just spray some gears to knock me down right after. Yeah..... Didn't like it.
Another tip about the pie round. I always found that using the mouse and clicking on the blue pie button makes the pie go higher than if you use the Ins or Del button. This is useful when you and the VP is NOT on a ramp, and the VP is stunned.
I hated when the Vp and I are on the ramp, so I have to stun from behind the VP and then run to the front to pie him back. So I was lazy and only ran halfway and pie-d there. It gave me 1 or 2 extra pies to throw, so I was happy. Only to have the VP slowing roll forward as I tried hard to lodge a pie in the gears....
