Thanks everyone, it was so much fun! Since I didnt post either of my other two solos (VP and CFO) I thought I would spice up this story and make it as detailed as possible. I had a lot of fun doing this solo because it seems so unreal to outperform 10 cogs, but its all very possible.

Also, Im going to post some additional info on my run because my inbox got flooded with messages asking for more info. So I will be anwering most of those questions here.

Yes, a CJ like that has all 10 cogs and all the gavels all over the room. The whole room is a pile of danger, but its fun. I recommend anyone that wants to do a solo to give the CJ a try.

Thanks!!! I did 2 practice runs, one I had to X out very fast becuase I got stuck on 2 gavels and they took a lot of LP from me. The problem was I got a new PC and was not used to using that keyboard. I then did another practice run and won that one. I just plainly used that practice run to get an idea of where to stand and how to get used to the cogs evidence.

The only thing that sets it apart from the rest though is that your first 60sec of the scale round can make or break you.

Thats very funny Ricky, I can see who watches American Idol, LOL!!!! Yes, I agree those first 60 sec of the scale round, if you dont bring down the scale enough you will have a tough time. I agree that this Boss seems a little easier than the other two, it just is more time consuming and that is what makes it difficult.

1. What part of the Cannon did you use to aim your toon?

I stated in my post that I used the right side of the cannon to aim, the part that slants down. If you line this part with the left side of the seat (your right) you are shooting at, your toon will shoot straigt at that seat. You just have to adjust the up and down aim.



2. Where exactly did you stand to scale?

Depending on what part of the boss battle I was at, these are the two places I scaled from far and close up.



3. When you were scaling up close, what do you mean you moved in close then back when dodging the evidence?

Since there is not much room with all of those gavels around, you only have a small sections to move in close or away from the scale to dodge the evidence. When the CJ jumps you can just move in close without jumping when they target you and move back again when they target you again. But as time progresses, you eventually do need to incorporate a jump. This is the position I was moving in close or away from the scale. You dont have to move much just a few steps forward or back is all it takes and the cogs will miss. The only time you do have to jump is when you have like 4 or 5 cogs throwing evidence at you. By moving in close or moving back, this will make the 9th and 10th cogs evidence miss always.

Yes I did solo the other two, I just didnt post them on TTC. The first one I soloed was the CFO because I felt very comfortable with craning. Shortly after that I soloed the VP.

It really sounds like you practiced and understand the solo CJ, I tried it a while back. First attempt (crashed after cannons) Second attempt (didn't seat enough) Third attempt (crashed in scale ) for some reason tt doesn't want me to solo CJ. (or keep my unite and SOS collection up lol) Maybe I'll try again later in the game. But anyway congrats and good job with the BW50!

Thanks Dianna. For all of that hard work all I got was probably a stinkin cog summons, LOL!!!! Maybe I should ask TT if I do a couple of solo CJs if I can trade in the summons I get for my last fish. .....wishes.....

Just give it another shot. I did do one practice run where I basically stood around and watched the cogs just so that I can get an idea of what they were doing. Im the type of person that is very analytical and will analyze many aspects of the game very quickly.

On my other attempt I actually decided to finish off the CJ. After defeating the CJ on that one practice run, soloing the full CJ today seemed easy; trust me on that one. You can do it, just dont rush yourself.
