Um, if they're good players, then it won't matter if that player ditches. With 7 players in VP, unless someone is stupid, it's practically a guaranteed win.

Heck, some people do it alone!

But I've seen it happen before; one person ditches, and about 4 or 5 other people get scared and Alt-F4, and the other 2 or 3 KNOW there aren't enough people then Alt-F4. Or they go with it, and die (or if they're lucky, they win).

I was only saying that even with 7, unless the players are idiots, it should be an almost guaranteed win. So how they think they are causing panic is beyond me.

i always find that when you have 8 ppl or 7 and one hops at least 3 try to hop of with them and then ppl start alt f4ing left right and centre. It happened in my CJ yesterday - there were 7 and one hopped off then 2 another followed her and then at least 3 alt f4ed before you knew what was going on you were the only one left!

for some reason alot of ppl, even good players, feel that if one player ditches they must make a run for it. Wierd eh?

Lets not forget the issue of poor connectivity.

Unlike the awesome connection we have, in D.C., when I'm playing at home, I often have trouble with tunnels, doors and elevators. So, when I'm at home, unless I'm with friends that know my situation, I'll stick to soloing buildings for bucks/notices, fishing and racing. That way if I disco, it only affects me.

A very good friend of mine rarely plays anymore because of the problem she was having with regular disco's after the elevator door closed. She has what she thought was reliable cable.

It just doesn't seem to me that a toon of that level, striving for her Mr. Hollywood suit, would purposely ditch the elevator after getting the help she needed to fight the VP. It is a possiblity that she was just griefing, but not very likely.

And yes, as long as you have 4 good players, defeating the VP is a cinch.

Almost had that happen yesterday. With 3 seconds left, someone hopped onto the elevator. With 1 second left, they hopped off. As soon as the doors closed and you saw our backs, I said "No problem" and "We can do this" so that others wouldn't be ready to quit out. Needless to say, we won that one easily.


I prefer to have at least 6 on a CJ run. With someone else and me stunning, the other 4 can scale their TT hearts out and then it's just a matter of time before we win.

I have seen lots of high level Mr Hollywoods, and almost all of them ditch me and I'm left with weak toons and some Level 1 Cold Callers! By the way, I'm a Level 4 Cold Caller. How do I become a diffferent cog?

think i met this person b4 i always vp either in summit or river O_O aparrently that day, i was at summit and evey1 ket yelling at her until all of us finally gave her a taste of her own medicine XD!!

i aint worried i won VP with 4 PPL (rest died) i was with my best friends and im a 56 laffer wit hollywood suit but im SO FREAKEN GOOD AT STUNNING VP AND HITTING just protect me in skelecog round and ill stun vp for u hehe

and ive seen that 57 laffer we went in with 5 hollywoods (im one) and 2 minglers and that noob she left and we still won

heres how we won: me and my best friend king knuckles hit vp and the rest stun ( one front one back)
