No they haven't! I've never seen those before... I quit toontown about a year ago, and I never saw them there. I even remember exploring the whole cbhq for glitches last time, those cashier things look new to me..

I noticed the cash registers after the elevator laff minimum requirement update. Before that dont remember seeing them there. I remember stacks of crates that were labeled with something that we had to find for the last scavenger hunt and now these registers are there in place of some of those crates.
