Highest Cog Toon
I have seen a level 9 Mover and Shaker. Are there any higher Cog Toons out there?
And then a follow on question. In the release notes, it states there are 60 merit levels. I thought each level of cog only have 5 levels. So either there are only 40 merit levels in the game or there are 4 new levels of cog above Mr. Hollywood. I guess when that Mingler fellow (mentioned below) get a few more levels we will know.
