Scarlet Solo's cfo!

Did a practice run this morning using my toon and my son's toon and their level 7 gags with the intent of blowing through the battle and then practicing the crane round. Well I lost patience so we alted out after the cogs and I went back again to do it on my own.

It wasn't pretty. In the end I had my doubts if I was going to have enough gags to make it though the battle! With the changes coming any time now to the cfo I have been trying to collect sos cards and unites for Scarlet. I wasted everything she had training my baby toons never thinking at the time I would actually want to try and solo.

The thought of not being able to throw the same goon or the same safe put me in a bit of a panic to get it done before the changes. So I neglected all my other toons and have been cfoing for the last week and a half to two weeks.

I went in with no toonup, filled up on level 5 and 6 gags and the rest 4's and 15 blue magnets.

Unites I had:

4 throw unites
3 drop unites
1 squirt unite
2 gag up all's
4 sounds (which I didn't use)
Trap and Heal which are worthless

4 10+ toonups
3 20+ toonups
1 40+ toonup
1 80+ toonup
3 max toonups

Sos's were real bad!

2 Moe's
3 Bessies
1 Flippy
1 Nancy Gas (yea I know good grief)
1 Dr Drift (restock lure)
1 Shelly Seaweed (restock drop)
NO Petes!

I knew it I was pushing it and really needed more time to collect but the last 2 nights that Toontown has closed for maintenance I thought for sure they were going to make the cfo changes, so I decided to give it a go.

Drop was horrid! Out of hmmm... 21 or so pianos I had to use, I think only 2 or 3 hit. I watched countless piano's fall behind lvl 11 and 12 cogs and then prepared as yet another one hit me.

My lure worked pretty well although first round, 2 lvl 1 cold callers and 2 lvl 12's came out and I decided to hypno and take the 12's out one at a time. Of course that missed so after the second time luring them my doodle started getting a workout. I tried using my doodle as much as possible to toon. I was determined to save one max toonup for the end and one for the cranes if I needed it. Out of probably 30 or so doodle calls she only missed a couple times. Called Flippy at one point towards the end when i got dangerously low.

I started out trying to just use regular gags, no sos toons saving them for emergency. This went pretty well. I kept the 2 cold callers and ended up with another, all level 1's so I pretty much just let them take pokes at me as I concentrated on the new one coming out.

I did this for almost the entire battle. I tried to use my gags evenly and use my 2 gag up all's first. Then I squirted as much as possible and gagged up that knowing I only had 1.

After that I had a run on 12's so i went through a LOT of pianos, all wasted. I started to panic a little as I was really counting on those piano's to take out the 12's and ended up having to throw. My throw is organic on Scarlet but that still left some leftover cog. This meant a lot of hits. I seemed to get an extra helping of 12's in this cfo. Thanks Toontown!

I ran out of lure and used my sos to restock lure as well as that pitiful duck to lure one round. Towards the end I was down to 1 bill and one hypno, no drop gag ups, and 1 more throw gag up . I still had my 3 level 1 cold callers there and a 7 came out so I decided to live or die and break out the sos toons for help.

I called Moe to take out that line saying goodbye to my 3 friends who had taken baby pokes at me all along. This brought out a line of larger cogs including some 11's. I called Bessie and thankfully her drop was not cursed and she took those 4 out. Two more lines of similar cogs came out and I used my last 2 Bessies for them. Next line was a 12, a 2, and maybe 9's or 10's. Up to this point I had not used any level 7's but since I had one hypno lure left, 1 bill, 1 piano (which I no longer trusted) and 1 gag up throw I decided to try my titanic which would leave me with a little bit of 12 left. Well of course the titanic sailed right over their heads and landed behind them leaving them all hitting me again.

I was hoping that this was the grand finale. I used my last hypno and my precious max toon up as I was pretty near death. Lure worked so I used my last gag up throw, took out the 2 big cogs with a cake and then I caked that 12. I think he hit me 18 and of course the baby cog got me for a few points. I used my very last lure, a $10 bill on the 12, called my doodle, was only down I think 1 point, so I used a fog to take those 2 out. Thankfully that was the end.

The crane round was pretty much as I expected. I took a few minutes to block one door, then set a safe up in front of the station I would be throwing from. I stomped some goons that had made their way out the door (more little yellow ones than I expected) and started in on him getting off every so often to stomp and toon. I tried to pretty much stay at that one station but towards the end I ended up having to run a bit. Got a few too many goons running around for my comfort and they were heading towards me so I stomped a few, smashed a few, and got in a few more good hits.

He was blinking red. It was just at that moment that a safe fell from the ceiling. I started to throw the safe that I had set up to protect me from the gears but decided I better not move that so I ran and stomped a few more goons and ran over to the other side to try and get him to turn that way. When he did I ran back to the other side to grab one of those safes. I knew now that the safes started falling I was going to be in trouble if I didn't hurry so I got the safe off, got off the crane, stomped a red goon on my way over to my other crane, hit him with that red goon, grabbed my protective safe and hit him with that and thankfully he was done for.

I always felt if I could get in there and take control from the start I would be ok. I stayed pretty calm and protected through much of it. Think I was just plain exhausted at the end and wanted it done. Got a little sloppy but I am SO glad I did it and SO glad it is behind me! Thanks to everyone who ran cfo's with me recently.

Woah, theres no way I can read all tht right now. So im guessing...... you fought some cogs, used some cards, used some unites. "Yay! Cogs are done!" Stomped a few goons then threw them, "Oh ya, Im good" Then you threw a few safes, and badaboom hes gone. "Yay! I owe Jordan alot! Now im gonna work law with him on anita!" they posted on test that on the cranes, when you throw a goon and you try to get it back you can't, or when you throw a safe and you try to get it back you can't, you gotta wait till they hit the floor then pick them up and again and throw it to the cfo, this makes cfo's WAY HARD!! darn TT doing this
