Just got out of my first CEO!!! That was fun!
I just did my first CEO. That was hard! ... and fun. I had some trouble getting into the lobby due to the constant lag and disconnects, but finally I managed to get in without disconnecting. There were tons toons of toons in here, all eager to check out the CEO, so I was able to find a group pretty quickly. Here's what the CEO is like:
When the elevator doors opened, we were in what looked like a big conference room. The CEO was at the end of a long table in the center of the room. At this point, it lagged for a little while, and I was worried that we had discoed. Luckily, it stopped lagging after a moment, and we entered into the room. The CEO seemed to think that we were his "stockholders". Then he realized that we were toons and blew off our cog suits. He then shouted for his "bodyguards" and the cog battle began. I was so excited I could hardly breathe. Luckily, I had two 107 laffers and one 86 laffer on my team.
When the CEO's undercarriage opened, four lvl 12 Big Cheeses came out immediately. We blew them away with sound. Next came a Downsizer, 2 Head Hunters, and a Big Cheese skelecog. We sounded these as well. After that came two lvl 11 Corporate Raider skelecogs, one lvl 12 Big Cheese, and one of those new lvl 13 Big Cheeses! The three other toons used foghorn, and I used an elephant. This destroyed the the two Corporate Raider skelecogs and the lvl 12 Big Cheese, but the lvl 13 still had an orange light! The next round, the one of the 107 laffers dropped a piano on the lvl 13, which destroyed it. The battle raged on, and we fought with everything we had. Three times, the other people on my team had to use lvl 7 gags. We also used two TOW toon-up phrases and one TOW restocker phrase. Towards the end of the battle, we got a big surprise when two lvl 14 Big Cheeses along with two lvl 13 Big Cheese skelecogs came out of the CEO! One of the 107 laffers put some TNT in front of one of the lvl 14s, and the other one used a presentation to lure the four cogs. The 180 damage from the TNT only made the lvl 14 turn orange. The 86 laffer used a piano on the Big Cheese. This made it turn red, but it still didn't destroy it, and it used a Glower Power on the toon who had used the Piano, doing -32 damage!
After about 12 minutes of battling the cogs, we finally destroyed the last of them. However, the other side hadn't been as lucky. It seemed to me that they had gotten one or two low laffers on their team, because we heard one of them go sad after the second round of cog attacks. Another one went sad about a minute afterwards. Although the remaining two toons fought on, they went sad too eventually, leaving just us four. Nevertheless, we decided to play on and check out the CEO battle.
After we had beaten the CEO's bodyguards, the elevator doors opened again, and there were cogs in it that looked a bit like small CEO's. The CEO said, "About time, the Board of Directors has finally arrived!" All eight of them came out of the elevator and lined up, four on each side of the room. This is where we couldn't figure out what to do next. The directors and the CEO all started attacking us, and we couldn't figure out what to do. We dodged their attacks for a little while, but after a few minutes the 86 laffer and one of the 107 laffers went sad. The other 107 laffer and I were managing to stay alive, but to my dismay, a few minutes later I suddenly discoed. (Argh!) I didn't find out what happens after that. I haven't been able to get back on test since due to the lag, so I thought I'd come on TTC and ask if anybody else has gotten to this round yet and if they've figured out how we're supposed to defeat the directors!
Overall, it was a very fun battle up to the point where I discoed. I'd love to hear some other people's CEO battle experiences as well as if anybody has actually won yet! Everyone I've seen so far has been a Flunky lvl 1.
