Its from the past, when the VP found out you were actually toons, he blew off your suit, so some parts were damaged in the explosion. That may have been from a few years back.

Oh and, he still blows off your suit, but no parts are damaged

Actually this is a current picture from TEST. You can tell because of the color change of the toon names (notice the bright green names).

Again, this isn't a bug or a glitch. One it could be that this toon is an older toon that lost suit parts when vping but looking at the other thread you will notice that the cash and law parts are the same way.

When they test the new HQ's they allow ALL toon to test them. You automatically have your suit parts no matter what size you are. If you win then you get the reward and also the progess. After the first stages of testing they will start to require that the toons fighting the boss have their suits and take away the free suit. This leaves you with toons who have advanced in status and also may have some merits, bucks, and notices but don't actually have the suit. Alot of test toons are like this with there lawbot suit parts but it is rare to find one that has them all.

Actually, I was around when you lost suit parts in the VP. The Old Factory with tons and tons of merits. It's still a test toon. Just wondering why you never chose to get your cash suit since it's the easiest of the HQ's.
