Apologies to 2 toons

I'm big enough to admit my errors.

At lunchtime there was a Boullion run which I jumped into the elevator for.

You can only go by the laff and gags with randoms. It isn't always reliable as many of you know.

Well, there was a fourth toon - a short blue dog.

He thought he'd be a wiseapp and glitch past the first cogs in the boullion room (the big one with the barrel and the four 11s at the end). I waited to see whether he was going to join the battle the other two initiated. I would never have done that with HIM where he was. And no, he did not join. There was every indication that he was going to let everyone else do the work.

So I left. I saw it was going to go bad with him.

It was clear he never joined to help those two before they presumably took the first set out and left as well, because he showed up seconds after me to stink me like crazy.

For what? For not letting him slide like a leech? I'm sure it wasn't over sympathy for those other two. (their laffs were the highest - I'm sure they were fine)

Anyway, after a DECENT run with another three, I said goodbye to the mint forever for dumb dog. Guess who was waiting at the steps? Yup! Still stinking me.

I have no doubt they were never in any danger but, I do regret inconveniencing the other two and apologize to them.

The blue dog? Nothing a little therapy couldn't handle.

I'm not critisizing you nor putting you down, just giving you my thought here, but if you were planning to leave, wouldn't it have been better to join that one battle then tell them "Wait!" - "Let's go back to the playground"?

That way you would know for certain that they were ok, and after seeing that the other player didn't join, they might realize that it's because of that other player. Especially if you were to have faced them and said, "That wasn't nice!" before leaving.

At the time, the idea may not have occurred to you, otherwise I'm sure you likely would have done that. The drawback is that now, those other 2 might think you did that just to set them up, not realizing that it was the other player who was more than likely trying to cause trouble.

Yeah.

But the lag of DDL PG get through to run back after getting gags and the fact that I was on an office lunch break and it took ten minutes to get into NR...

I really had to go and keep what I had.

It was entirely selfish, but I knew they werent going to die from it.
