I know when cog hq is coming on open server. My friend just started up his account on toontown. He said that he saw this: Dear Hyperfoo, cog HQ will be coming out in 3 days, but shhhhh, don't tell anyone. Thats gone now. Oh well. My friend is known for lying, but I trust him on this, he wouldn't fool around with me, and he doesn't even know what Cog HQ is.

i hope it will be longer, there are so many bugs on the test site. I just hope Disney is ready for all the complaints.

Dear Citizens of Toontown,

We have the ultimate challenge ahead of us! The Cogs have been building their own menacing command center on the outskirts of Toontown for some time now. Their efforts to turn the colorful happy world of Toontown into a gray, dreary, all-business metropolis are dangerously close to becoming reality. I am very sad to report that Cog HQ is set to open ANY DAY NOW!

It has come to the attention of the Toon Council that many Toons have been taken prisoner and are being held under lock and key by the Sellbots. The entire Cog HQ neighborhood is dark and scary – only you, the bravest of Toons, should take on the challenge. Not only will you need to be courageous but you will need lots of gags and friends to help battle your way through. You will need to be quick to dodge all of the heavy machinery with stompers that are ready to squash you, not to mention the conveyer belts and elevator lifts in the factories.

Packs of Cogs, Skeletons, and Goonies are around every corner ready to steal your gags and send you back to the playground. To outsmart those laff-less Cogs, the Council highly recommends that all Toons build their own Cog disguises before entering the actual headquarters building. To do that you will need to wear a Cog suit. Defeat the factory Foreman to recover each of the Cog suit pieces -- arms, legs, feet, etc.

Build up your gag stash and gather your friends, because this challenge is right around the corner! Stay Toon-ed for the next important Toon Council update regarding Cog HQ.

but, i dont think 3 days.that would mean it would come out on sunday.... maybe 1 week, thus allowing it to be thursday... like all other things that have been sent to open...

The only thing I can assume (and this is what I have thought for quite some time) is that Disney would like to release Cog HQ, if ready, in time for the winter holidays. Again, only an assumption.

Will it be ready? I have no idea. I know my test toon is nowhere near ready to even see it in Test, so my two stronger Open toons will very likely see it before Mystic will. But who knows for sure...

It has been tempting, now that Mystic has "graduated" to DG, to go through the Cog HQ portal from the DG playground and look around, but I have maintained my self-control and not gone in there.

Why would you even believe that? It's just SO untrue it's scaring me. If he was told not to tell anyone, why did he tell you? Another thing, the test updaet that will PROBABLY happen late tonight will only fix half the bugs we've reported, which will still leav it over this weekend.

ANY DAY NOW could be tomorrow, or 3 years from now, you just need to be patient.

I would go for it. There is a "playground" when you first go in. There are Level 4-6 Sell cogs walking around, so you have to dodge them. Other than that, it is not dangerous to go thru the tunnel.

The "playground" looks like a big tar pit where the pond would be. Very dreary.
