Skele-Cogs
I just logged onto Test and went to Cog HQ. I noticed Skele-Cogs there(cogs not yet fully build). I was thinking that it would be so cool if there was a Skele-Cog category(Skele-Cogs, in schticker book, you know). They would be just like the ones in Cog HQ but there would be one for every cog! Just imagine a skele-cog for the Big Wig or the Senior V.P.! Skele-Cogs would be the strongest type of cogs. That would be because the Skele-Cogs would be dangerous prototypes of the cogs we see on the streets of Toontown today. Since they would be prototypes they would only be in Cog. They would dodge much more often, have much more powerful attacks. There would be 4 Skele-Cogs that are not prototypes of other cogs, including the 2 skele-cogs in the Test version of Cog HQ. The other 2 would be your original head thug and boss, like the Big Wig and Legal Eagle. I just have no idea what those 2 cog's names would be. Oh, one more thing, the Skele-Cogs would not have their cog suits on. They would also only have silver metal on their bodies, like the ones in the Test version of Cog HQ, so they would not be painted yet, and there would not be Skele-Cog buildings.

Im 13, and i have nightmares about skele cogs, HONEST!!!
I had a dream they tried to kill me!!! Man they look spooky!!! Or mabey i havent seen the up close...

Sorry to hear about that. But, Skele-Cogs are supposed to be the most terrifying cogs, so only high laff toons will attempt the challenge. So noobs will not lose laff, if they know how strong the Skele-Cogs are. Also when a noob has one encounter with the Skele-Cogs they will definitley avoid them, well until they are a high laffer, so they can kick some Skele-Cog but....or maybe not?

Skeletons are just your average old cogs without their uniform on. A skeleton maybe a Name Dropper to come, so all attacks and phrases are of a Name Dropper, and the level will be of the Name Dropper's range. They aren't stronger than any other cog, they're just different in physical appearance.
