What to do with Mooching toons?

I have known toons in the Vp and Cfo to do nothing. Saying "Sorry I was delayed" every turn. I lag too, but not that bad. Then they stand and jump during the actual boss battle.
Thats not my idea of fun. What enjoyment do you get for having someone do everything for you? You can't possibly appreciate it.

I agree, how can freeloading be fun and what does it accomplish? I'll never understand this. SHRUG
