"I Think This is Too Risky For You" - I Think Not!

It amazes me when i stroll up to the Factory elevator looking for merits, only to be told, "I Think This is Too Risky For You"

i'm a 34 Laff Sellbot Uber with Maxxed LVL 7 Lure Squirt and Throw, and lvl 6 Toonup, Mr. Hollywood 9

almost always the toons riskying me are about 100 laff with really really really bad gags.

Do they really mean the factory is too risky for me? - or do they mean they have no confidence in their own ability to play with someone of such low laff?

it gets annoying, i can stand for ages waiting to get a decent load, or i usually just end up either calling up my SFs, or taking my big toon out on the other account.

i've soloed the factory on my 34 laffer, it took a while, but i did it, and i'd do it again,

so, if you see a low laff toon saying they need merits, just check the gags, it may very well be an Uber.

Don't just stink me, especially when i have better gags than you, and most likely a better suit.

i get this all the time on my 46 laff uber with level 7 lure,sound,throw and squirt. simply don't understand that i can solo the factory on that toon, and i just want other toons so we can sound or way through and make it quick. the funniest part is that there is a task required for most non uber toons around my laff to defeat a sellbot factory. and those toons only have like level 4 throw,squirt,level 3 sound, and level 2 drop. i really wish we had a phrase that said"check out my gags, or please take a look at my gags."

When I found Kait on Toontown, this 106 or something with pitiful gags told her it was too risky. I stood up for her, though. I told her, "Don't be mean!" "Let's work together!" BTW, if you're wondering she was on her 78 laff toon with an uberish suit. She was 64 laff then, though.

big laffers HATE when you say it's too risky for them. It becomes a question of skill over laff and they have to think beyond their usual parameters, and it probably hurts.

I am a 108 laff and will let anyone go with me. I usually play in the mornings, look for me hanging around the evelator door.

One other thing that annoys me is when three out of the four toons have sound and they keep killing the cogs and not let the non-sound toon use their gags. I refuse to use sound if everyone on the run doesn't have it. I rather use lure and kill the cogs one at a time so everyone has a chance to play.

You run with the pack you go by their rules.

The fourth usually knows what's what and doesnt mind, especially when they go with big toons. If the sound misses, they can take something out. They just want their suit part or get that Squash n Stretch task over with.

You wanna work non-sound gags? Get some friends together or jump in with little toons.

I had a VP fight were one toon was a low laffer under 20 laff points. I thought he was an uber til I checked his gags. His highest gag is at level 2.

So, I can guess why these toons didn't want you in. I'm starting to see low laffers with low level gags trying the VP battles more and more lately. :P

Sir Glue Stick and Tree Climber needing more merits.
Neither one of us have toon-up.

We stand there and nobody is willing to go with us.
We board the elevator, I wave "See ya!" and off we go.

It amazes me the ignorance these new high laffrs have towards ubers.

Anytime Mohawk needs merits, you holler... I'll be happy to jump on Tree Climber and join ya.. heck maybe we can get Sir Glue Stick to join us

I know the pain of building a low laff toon and getting shunned by the upper laff echelons. I always check a toon's gags and will sometimes not even board with a 100+ laffer for that particular reason. Call me conceited but I think that gags always take precedence over laff level. When I was building my monkey, I maxed out all of his gags by the time he was a 65 laff, and trust me, I still got told that something was too risky for me. It always made me laugh.

The factory is mindless and any goober can get through it. I will roll with a 15 laffer; I don't care. In the mint though, it is a completely different story. They have to be at least a 60 laff before I even consider them... unless it is an SF and I owe them haha.

Definitely check gags before telling someone it is too risky for them. And work those gags!
