Question about laff boost in VP

What i'm understanding is we will get 1 laff boost when we reach Mr. Hollywood 12, 14, 19 ,29 ,50 right?

Today I just done the VP on Mr. Holly 12 and got promoted to Mr. Holly 13 but i din't receive any laff point. Anyone has had any experience like me before?

Sure, simple question, simple answer. In the VP, the CFO, and the CJ, you will get one laff boost for level 15, 20, 30, 40, and 50. It used to be different, but now that is how they arrange your laff by. You must be the last cog in each area to get the laff boost. Mr. Hollywood, Robber Baron, Big Wig, or The Big Cheese. Also, once you get to the 50th, you max out that HQ and you will be able to go in the VP/CJ/CFO whenever you want.

Thank Legendary Black Cat..but my question is I suppose to receive 1 laff point after i had finished Mr.Holly lvl 12 but I got nothing. So it's uncommon right? should i report it to Toontown to fix my account?

No, you do not get a laff boost after level 12. As I said, you get a laff boost after these levels:

15, 20, 30, 40, 50. Used to you WOULD get a laff boost after level 12, but they have changed it now where you get them for level 15, 20, 30, 40, 50. That's the answer to your question.. It's not a bug, it's just a change they have made. I have maxed SellBot VP, and I remember going through it like that..

ok i got it. I was wondering why the Sell is different from the Cash because at cash i got my 1st laff boost at 15. So it's just my misunderstood about the guide then. Thanks.

You don't get laff for level 12 for any hq. You only get laff at 14, 19, 29, 39 and 49. Twelve is just the maxing point for real cogs.

The misunderstanding may come from having to do 5500 merits at that point. In every type cog suit, you have to do the highest level of merits at level 12, without getting a laff boost. You will have to do it again for level 15, but will get laff boosts from now on whenever you do the 5500. Congratulations for getting over that hump!

Thanks to everyone for your help and yeah, i confused because the 5500 merits..i assumed that whenever I've reached 5500 I'd get 1 laff boost ..silly me...hehe
