King Ricky Solo's VP Complete Lureless Style
After major procrastination on my part I fianlly Solo'd the VP..here's the Breakdown:
Round One To start of with a bang a lvl 12HW steps out, I immediately hose then followed with a piano which luckly landed on it's target. Three lvl 10 cogs then came out accompanied by a tiny lvl 3 cog, I used a franz and follwed with a fog horn to clear them up. The next set was a doozy the cogs included 3 lvl 12s each coming out after one whole turn, they so happened to beat me up a bit before if i was able to get the upper hand this was due to a franz that missed unfortunately. Roughly 8 cogs followed afterwards and the first round came to a close.. SOS used: 2 Franz Neckvein 2 Moe Zart 1 Flippy Tow's used: 4 10+ Tu 2 20+ Tu 1 80+ Tu Round Two First cogs to emerge was a lvl 8 and a lvl 12, I cleard out the smaller cog and hose and piano the 12 which missed and led to 3 lvl 11s coming out so i just used a Bessie. For the most part Franz, Moe, and Bessie was the order of the day. Ended up with 29lp and the end of final cogs round before leading into the pie round.. SOS used: 3 Barnacle Bessie 1 Franz Neckvein 1 Flippy 1 Moe Zart Tow's used: 1 Gag-up All 1 Max Tu 2 80+ Tu 1 40+ Tu Being that my toon is Lureless I wanted to solo without the aid of any and lure SOS, in fact I don't collect any lure SOS at this present moment.. Round Three(Pie Round) Starting at 29lp was a going well until with not hits up until the V.P. was midway on the first ramp..I lost a total of 20lp due to the V.P. jumping simultaneously as I threw in his undercarriage..The lowest tu unite that i had left was all max so i had to use one fearing that i would end up going sad. Majority of this round went well other than a few missed attempts... Tow's used: 1 Max Tu (maybe should have used before round began but didn't) Last edited by King Ricky; 11-14-2006 at 03:21 PM. |

Congrats. Awesome accomplishment to solo without using even a lure sos.

Wonderful job! I'm especially delighted by the fact that you used no lure at all. Not even in SOS. Really impressive, and an inspiration to all us other toons without lure. Congrats!!

WOW! The first boss win with no lure or LOM used, it takes time, patients and practice to pull something like that off. Besides the missing franz it doesn't look like you had too much trouble. Congratulations on the victory, and good luck with your future solos.

I have to congradulate you too!! What an inspiration for people like me, that have no lure. Maybe there's hope that I can do it some day, since you've should it can be done
