Easy. In the room with two paths and all the skelecogs, you can simply sneak past them. It takes finesse, and you won't get it on the first try. Don't try to do this with randomers, because you won't manage it. They'll get caught in the skeles.
That's how I usually do it. (I don't like long runs).
