Hmm,well why would that matter to them? Nutty Summit wasn't even full when it was reset. Nutty River did get full again, but then reset again. Maybe we should all gather in Nutty Hills......

I had gotten disconnected earlier this week, with the message being that the server reset and disconnected everyone.
This, when I was in the factory with an SF, and we were about to take on the foreman. Then Disney responded to my trouble report saying that they couldn't do anything for me (ie, jelly beans, etc). When they said that to me, I chewed them out. It's getting irritating that there are mess ups/mistakes on their end and then they say to a paying player, basically, "oh well, not our problem" aka "deal with it" aka "get over it" etc. If they keep up that approach, they're going to end up irritating enough people that their player base is going to start going down rapidly. They already lost one subscriber, because they kept losing tickets when they would time out on the races and not get their tickets refunded. TT always responds that they cannot refund tickets. Their name approvals are really messed up, where they aren't even following their own rules. Now these disconnects. That's just stuff off the top of my head, not to mention how earlier today (not reset related), I used a 2 unites and 2 SOS cards to win in a building. Last one I used was a toon up. I was like 107 of 108 laff, the cogs were attacking my sf. Last cog made them go sad. Next thing I know, I'm sad too, and I didn't have any chance to pick a gag to use or anything. So I basically wasted 2 unites and 2 SOS cards, only to lose because of a glitch. I didn't bother emailing them about it because I know that it won't do any good. I noticed everyone piling into Nutty Summit.. Uh oh... |

plus they have no way to prove you were actually disconnected the moment you hit the foreman or something, because people can easly say they disconnected 5 times on a foreman and get easy merits like that, thats why they dont refund your things or they think its a waste of time when they could be doing something better i guess |

Just got popped in the D office on the 4th floor, a reset. Happened like 3 times last night trying to help a friend do her first CFO on her baby toon. Nice work disney, want my son to help to help you with your program? Good grief.

But if someone doesn't report the bug soon enough that they can recover the log, then oh well. (So someone can't say "2 months ago...") For things like factories, time:where:what (so if there are 2 battles, they know which battle they refer to), and if someone TP's out, it would show where they were when they left, same with getting disconnected. Again, the benefit to TT would be the debugging it would give. They'd be able to try to duplicate a situation to try to fix problems. Also if someone claims that they were in a building when something happened, but really they weren't, they'd know the person was telling a lie. |
