Do you SOS shop with random toons? What I mean is, do you leave the VP at any point before the pie round, because it has a card you are not looking for. I was just wondering if this is a common practice.

Big toons usually have a full list of sos cards. Since you can only hold 8 different ones, they will end up with 8 level 4 and 5 star cards. After that if they go in to a vp and the sos toon is different from what they are carrying, to ask them to stay would mean that they would have to finish knowing that they wouldnt get a reward. So many big toons will stay if the sos matches any of the 8 they are carrying, or tp out. Thats not sos shopping, all they want is a reward and if they are a 50 and cant get a promotion, the only other way to get the sos is to use a 5 star up in that battle to recieve a 3 or 4 star which doesn't make sense.

I think that's just plain rude (depending).

If someone else could have gone in the place of that toon TP'ing out, then that's rude simply because that other toon could have gone and likely would have stayed till the end. It's also rude to TP out if they would make the difference between winning or not. If no one else would have filled their spot on the elevator, and if the other toons are capable of winning without any problems on their own (and more importantly, if a few others are SF's, saying "Go ahead, we can handle this"), then oh well. But the important factor to consider is to act as a team from the point of getting off the elevator up to the dancing part.

If the player isn't using their SOS cards, that's their fault. I see cards I would like to have, and if I have all 8 spots filled up, you can be certain I'll clear off one of them. Keep the best 7 is my goal, so I'll always get a reward, and then I can use that 8th somewhere for fun.
