Back OT, one fog, two fogs, I really don't care either way. I go the lazy route and run two toons alone, then I *always* know what the other toon's going to do. I guess you'd call me a double fogger since I use mine up on the first three sets, but if someone manages to get in with me I'll do whatever. No one way is the only right way and adaptation is the name of the game IMHO.

It is your path. We say in tech support at work if you "think different," you're going to run into compatibility issues.
It's tough to run a soundless toon. To be honest, unless you were my friend and we got a group together, I would not run with you. I don't know whether you have SOS toons or even a restock so I dont know whether we other three can do two fogs and an elephant while you hit one of the 11s in a 10/11 combo. If I dont know you at the elevator...
In the case of the boullion, where going through many can become more tedious without competent and speedy sound - and this is with an invasion at the end - I would find others who could sound through to get it over with and start again if I was faced with randoms. Even then it's a chance, the point of this thread and the many who panic and get all goofy over an angry red skel.
When I started doing CFOs with dumb dog, he was still doing DDL tasks and had trumpet - in other words: nothing worth using for sound. I went through the mints - even the boullion. I even went through the coin mint for the Brrrgh LOM task to get the RB's simple spoon. But during these times, I went only with friends. I could not count on a random, and given the burden of those who NEED the boullion etc, I could not expect them to take me through.
