What is the maximum laff limit?

I know that Donald's Dreamland can limit your laff points to 100, and fishing can get you to 107 ( add 1 laff p. per 10 fish) how do you get like 120?

all 3 hqs are 5 each making 15.
7 and 3 is 10
85 and 15 is 100
10 and 15 is 25.
100 and 25 is 125.
