Hi all,
Um I took my little toon into CJ last night Just Peachy. She just got her cash suit. I had two toons telling me it was to risky for me. Dang I have one toon already maxed in CJ, CFO and Sell. Tell me its to risky. I think not. Toons just assume that you dont know what you are doing b4 they give you a chance. I was really quite annoyed. Also dont they get it that when you go in with a low level suit it makes the CJ easier. Oof there were 2 toons especially <edit> a monkey toon and <edit> a cat that wasnt even a RB yet. It is getting really hard to take second or new toons into CJ. I guess they forget everyone starts at the same lvl. Enough of my rambling Just when you see a BF1 or other low level toon dont make assumptions about their ability.

Last night I was taking my 117 monkey to cj with a friend. We are both Legal Eagles 9. Inside the lobby, were two bear toons (sooner bear and crimson n' cream, I believe) with their little bottom feeder 1 suits.

Yes, I try to avoid first timers, as does everyone. But law's been out a while. Instead of leaving, I whisper to one, "Have you been here before?", to which he replied, "Yes," and then ""Wait a minute."

So he and his friend and my friend and I all went outside the lobby, tping back while they waited, showing our other toons, all maxed at law. It was funny....and reassuring, since that little bottom feeder insisted on stunning. Great job btw....you guys were great!

Although I find Law Hq rather unexciting, it seems to me that TT tried to address players' issues with it.

People complained about low toons in VP, so they made Cash Hq harder and the suit parts are task driven, so toons must be a certain laff range before they can earn them. This didn't satisfy many players, so they made Law Hq even harder and a toon must have completed DDL before they can start earning the suits. That means that as far as TT is concerned, anyone with full suits have earned the right to do the boss battle.

They also tried to remedy the issue of low suits being rejected from boss battles. They made the level of difficulty in the CJ battle correspond to the average of wins of the toons in the battle. I don't know about the rest of you, but I'd rather have a few lower level suits in the CJ because the difficulty level is easier and that makes it a faster battle. A fast battle means that I can start on my next set of JN that much sooner.

I have been in CJ battles with no toons lower than Bloodsucker suits, and still had the teamwork fall apart. I have also been in battles with four Bottom Feeders and won in record time. You can not judge a book by it's cover; and you have no way of knowing if that level 10 Legal Eagle won his/her promotions by relying upon the hard teamwork of the rest of the toons in battle, because they have no skills of their own.

It is kind of funny actually. Quite a few of us have waited to max our cash and sell before we start law. I do get quite the giggle when toons whisper to me that its too risky for me. I'm not new...and have worked quite hard to get where I am. Guess its just funny seeing my lil bottom feeder behind there. Look beyond the suit. You might be surprised.

I want to thank you (Lady Violet Twinkletoe) for taking me in to CJ (Pink cat named Prof Poppy Purplepocket, 109 lp). You were the first one to allow my lowly bottom feeder 1 in and thanks to you (and the rest of the toons with us) I finally got to see the CJ! I am still a lowly bottom feeder, level 4 now, but never got to thank you. It took so many attempts to get in since no one wanted to let me tag along, I almost gave up.
