i don't get the jury and balance scale part?does the number of juries effect the balnce scale part?

The more juries you have, the heavier your evidence is. Apperently, the more you have, the closer down it starts.

Hit and stun all the cogs to double your weight for 20 seconds and recieve a 10 toon-up.

Yes. When the scale is balanced, both of the trays are level from the start. If you don't get 8 toon jurors on the jury panel, the scale will be heavier on the cog side, so you'll need to work harder and longer to fill the scale on the toon side. It can take a while to get the scale to the point of just being level by filling it with evidence. The longer you're in there, the greater the risk of failure. Saves a lot of time and headache to get 8 on the jury.

...But does not guarantee a win! When there are 8 toons on the jury, the scales are balanced. More than 8 means the scales are tipped in the toons' favor.

I have been in battles when there were anywhere from 0 - 2 toons on the jury and we won. I have also been in battles when there were 6+ toons (8 last night) and the battle was lost. Good teamwork and consistant stunning are the most important assets for a win!
