No no no
The question is not whether you exit a fight, it is how.
It is not Alt-F4. When someone does you know they have. Their system stops responding to the server and you get a bit of lag. Then eventually they disapear, only after they log back in.
Some ppl have the ability to teleport out in the middle of battles. This is normally a disabled option. For example:
I was with one guy who used TNT in mint, so I figured he was happy for others to do the same - I needed a few hundred points to maxx this gag. Next turn I used TNT, so he threw a pie at the cog I was going to hit and wiped it out... then he laughed at me.
So next group of cogs, I waited until they all selected sound then choose TNT (hahahaha that still makes me laugh)... but the point of this little story...
INSTANTLY ... in a little minor dyper fit - he threw down a hole and jumped into it. This is not an Alt-F4. When you Alt-F4 you do not instantly leave. You must log back in again quickly to save your self, otherwise you will sit there and get hit. Once TT servers detect the same account connecting, then kick off the currently connected again.
So back to the original question. How do you use the Teleport in the middle of a battle?
I guessed at one point that it might be related to the catalog icon, thinking that there might be some way of clicking this during battle, to TP yourself out... but I have not figured this out yet.
