I don't think it will matter anymore whether or not people want to glitch; I believe Disney 'fixed' it today in the update.
It said:
Improved stability by eliminating the ability to skip certain battles in the DA's office.
Personally, I have mized feelings. I didn't mind the puzzles and I hated the controversy glitching caused and how some people would leave because someone was a glitcher/puzzler but I did enjoy going faster and not continually having to fight skelecogs.

u know all i care about right now is that they can not get in the ele and leave u because u had to fight the cogs in front of them.. that is that part that is way unfair.. i can care less about the puzzle at this point.. i am faster than most glitchers anyways..

I Like all glitches. But when i came across this one, I'm like, they are taking the fun out of it, so i would never do the glitch.

I like doing glitches every once in a while to get past something but if its something as easy as a puzzle then whats the point really? Why do people wanna glitch through something that can usually be finished when the other person gets only half way to the switch from doing the glitch.

I'm am kind of amazed at the controversy surrounding "glitching the DA". I don't remember seeing this kind of banter about toons glitching mints or factories. I realize that this is somewhat different because a glitcher is taking someone's fun away from solving a puzzle. As I stated in an earlier post, if someone want's to do puzzles I would never glitch it away from them. This game is to promote teamwork and friendship and to have fun. What I think is interesting is the perception that this is "cheating". I would bet that SOME of the toons out there accusing us of cheating have probably used the "Doodle Training Program" to max their doodles or maybe glitched in mints or factories etc. Can't we just work together towards a common goal of teamwork, toon advancement and FUN? Let's just respect each other's gameplay and communicate our intentions. I think it's unfortunate that as hard as some of us try to be helpful, friendly and understanding to other toons... we are ultimately accused of being "cheaters" because we utilize a tool that the devs incorporated into the game for speed.

I'll say it again....I will never glitch a DA if anyone wants to play with puzzles. If you let me know you want to solve puzzles I will gladly stand by and applaud you when you finish. If you trigger the halocogs, I will help to defeat them and I will not complain. I will use "Unite Phrases" to keep you alive if I have to....just don't call us glitchers "cheaters" ...please.

Well said!

I would like to add that I find it fun to try to beat the glitchers. I will attempt to solve the puzzles before they do. Although since I am trying to be careful and not activate the cogs they usually beat me on minesweeper and avoid the skulls. As for taking the "fun" out of the puzzles. I find it really fun to crush the goons in the factory yet how many times do we see toons running up and jumping the wall. I, alas, cannot do this anymore and am caught stomping the goons while some run and activate the cogs.

The glitches are not cheats while I look on the doodle programs as cheats because they are from additional software and not part of the TT code. You will find that my doodles are not maxxed and only are trained by me standing there repeating commands to them but I will attempt to get thru that wall so the holocogs are not activated.

In reality to each his own and if you want to work the puzzles or want to glitch them is up to you. If I see a toon who is purposely activating the cogs I'm leaving. If you do it on accident then I will help.

This really shouldn't be a battle and in the groups I run with it seems that glitching is the norm.

After a couple hundred DA's now there is nothing either NEW or FUN about it. It is merely a tedious task to get what is at the end: Jury Notices.
I don't have a problem if you want to do puzzles but don't give me grief if we glitch some of them. Just be happy that when you blow the puzzle you insisted on playing that I come help you clean up the mess you created.

Maybe a good rule is: he who trips the cogs has to battle the cogs. What bugs me is the little pouty faces and the "That's not nice"'s I get when I glitch is ALWAYS followed by "HELP!" when you screw it up.

if i remeber rightly yesterday, i DA,ed with you, i beat you on most puzzles games for speed, NO cogs were tripped. And if the game is so tedious as you put it why play it. I enjoy the puzzles it breaks the game up, maybe you wanna try it. or maybe you glitch becuase you cant do the puzzles. I hope disney does fix this then all you folks do glitch wont have a clue how to do them, dont expect me to come to your rescue, its not my fault if you cant be bothered to learn them.

Looks like the mods deleted my prior reply although there wasn't anything remotely scandalous in it. If anything, it was understated to protect the sensibilities of you and the other children in here.

The abbreviated version is, yes, I do remember you too. You did, in fact, trip the puzzle on our first run together. Not a big deal in that it's just a waste of time and gags and energy. Typically I just avoid playing with unpleasant people. However, because I needed the 14400 and wanted to avoid the shuffle, I relented and did a subsequent run with you. That was an error in judgment on my part but one that will not be repeated.

Unhappy grrr!!!

yet again a toon that i have played with alot but i not sure she knows my mouse..we seem to get along so no hard feelings here just a bit odd never had this happen to me thou...
in a DA run and same old, toons were glitching and i was doing the puzzles.. was the matching game and right as i moved the last peace she got the switch..nothing new there but this is where it went a bit off .. i got stuck and so did she but we got sucked into the fight..and it took a long time for it to load..but then it went on to only showing me as in the fight but the other toons were in the line up.. i waitted to see if it would load.. when the time ran out i had to pick a gag i couldnt see a cog i had no clue how many might have been in the line up..this toon had no lure so i was going to b sol no matter what happened but soon as i clicked a gag i got booted...!!!!
kinda stuck we were about done and it took me so long to get someone to go with me in door C too.. then the thing that stunk was now i wasnt full to go cj with a good friend of mine i had to go and make a full run in door D for 200 more stinking notices...got to love tt life sometimes....

......hmm and for all those out there that want to say something about only needing 200 i know i can get a biulding i just didnt wanta...

For one thing, what is the point of doing a puzzle? SO yeah, wow, you get 5-15 laff points but unless your literally on the verge of dieing then I don't see why you would want to puzzle. For another thing, if those who want to play the puzzles so badly cause they're fun, then I suggest playing the Minesweeper Microsoft version, or the Three in a row internet version, that way your satisified. I remember Da-ing this one time and we were very close to completing the whole office with an invasion. This smart toon decides to play the puzzle and I let him. The funny thing was he messed up making us miss the stupid invasion. We had to wait 20 more minutes waiting for an invasion when instead I could've glitched the puzzle so we wouldn't have to take the risk. Seriously, what are the benefits of doing the puzzles, they are merely pointless.

From that day on I decided to not let anyone puzzle in such a situation where we are close to completing an office with an invasion. Therefore I will glitch if I have to wether the person who wants to do the puzzle likes it or NOT.
