Personally I don't care either way. I just started my 1st 14440 JN's so the less time I have to spend in DA's offices the happier I'll be!!

Mick please explain

I only glitch because it drmatically speeds up the time it takes for EVERYONE to get their notices and get to CJ quicker. I would NEVER intentionally bypass a cog battle and expect the other toons to battle alone! If this was the case on this particular run then please know that I am truly sorry. As far as the fun of the puzzles it seems that most people are anxious to get through the DA runs as quickly as possible. If I ever try to glitch and another toon expresses any disappointment then I stop immediately and let them have fun for the rest of the run. I enjoy playing TT because of the challenges and satisfaction of teamwork. I would never intentionally ruin anyone elses enjoyment of the game because I may be in a hurry to finish a DA run before an invasion ends etc... If I have upset any other toons out there with my attempts to get DAs done quickly, then I appologize to all of you (sincerely). If you want to play the puzzles go for it and have fun, that's why we play this game!
Sincerely, Ear Whacks

When LBHQ first came out I went in the DA alone to figure out the puzzles. I spent quite a bit of time becoming proficient at the puzzles - I also spent a bit of time making sure I could get around the puzzles (hee hee). Anyway, now that I have done hundreds of DAs, I find them tedious at best. If you are on a DA run with me and you feel a need to do the puzzles just let me know, and you can puzzle yourself silly, otherwise let's just scream through that DA as fast as possible.

I want to get through the DA's as fast as I can, especially after shuffling to get in for 30 minutes. I'm not going there to do puzzles, I need JNs. Sorry, but I don't like wasting my gags and my time on hologram cogs because a toon wanted to solve yet another 'avoid the skull' or 'minesweeper' puzzle. I want in and out of the DA's in the shortest possible time, if glitching helps me do it, then I will glitch.

I couldn't agree with you more MissChievous, the fun of the puzzles wore off after the first 14,400 notices needed. Expecially since you don't get any additional notices for the hologram cogs. Chances are you will trigger atleast one if not more per D Office if you play the puzzles. I'm sorry I need way too many notices to battle an extra 2-3 sets of cogs per run. Expecially when I will be going again 4-5 more times.

I will also add this point - on the test server the developers of the game were the first to show the glitches. I ran with them many times and picked up on the hints they were giving away. They realized what it would be like to run 14,400 notes and added these features for us as a quick escape from the holograms. I have even seen several of the developers on open and they regularly run the DAO. Guess what, they are still glitching too

I don't want to be a jerk to people about this ' its real simple ' if you do want to do the puzzles fine. I only ask that you not go in the elevator with me - tell me I stink or whatever it takes. Because if you trigger them with me you will be fighting alone. We call it the Bessie rule... prepare to use your Barnicle Bessie SOS if you trigger the holograms.

Thanks,
Stinky aka Kat Daddy

There's no harm in doing 3 in a row or the match puzzle.
Those are easy to do.
Those are the 2 puzzles I like doing so if I'm in the DA Office with you and we have those puzzles, let me have my fun.
The other 2 puzzles, be my guest and glitch away.
If you want to do one of them red puzzles, don't look to me for help.
I stink at them and would rather figure out a glitch then take my chances in triggering them and being the only one there to fight them.

First of all, 'Bessie rule' is a joke between few close friends.

Disgrace for all the toons? Give me a break! TTFan, lets not bring moral principles here since kat daddy is the opposite of what you wrote above. I've been his friend on his many toons for a very long time. He's an outstanding toon and a person with the heart of gold that helped countless toons through the VP, CFO, mints and what not, never taking credit for it. We've played together a lot, I never once saw him being cruel. He will be the first to take all Cold Callers to VP in busy district, restock their gags in between cogs' rounds and then will try his very best to make sure every single one of them dances. He will be the first one on the CFO elevator, he will never shuffle out smaller suits. Example for other toons - yes! Consider yourself lucky if you get in any Boss battle with him, it will always be a breeze!

On the final note - TTFan, I've read few of your posts - I admire your patience. Why don't you come to DA's office D and take all 40-60 laffers that keep us from getting on with you. Help them through, since that's what TT is about. You will help all of us tremendously. See ya!

Smile Yay! Puzzles!

Yeppers- I too like the puzzles! Minesweeper is my personal favourite but by golly I'm lousy at it! When I Da with all sfs they always ask me if I want to do them- very kind as we meet a lot of cogs lol! However- it does break up monotony and they always enjoy a good laugh when they discover I STILL can't work out minesweeper. And YES- i have been practising on windows version but still lose! However, when toons glitch I do understand that they might be in a hurry or not want to face more cogs- ! use the phrase-"ill get this one " and " I love it!" at a puzzle and hope no one glitches before I've done it.

p.s. Very sorry to all the toons who took my " I love it" to mean "I can do it!" lol.

From his post he said he leaves people if they trigger the Holo Cogs which
is very mean and not the toon way.
I do not agree with low toons at the Office D either and i will not jump up
to help them at D,
Sure i will bring maybe a 60 Laffer into A who needs it but thats when i have time to do it.
I liked it on test when we needed suits for the DA disney is very stupid for removing the requirment, because people would complain and say
'Were quitting its not fair!'
Disney should wake up and smell the bacon they said Lawbot HQ was for advanced toons only why not do something so only we can get in....
On Topic: I don't care if someone glitches Avoid the Skull, Or Minesweeper,
But i don't like people glitching Matching and 3 In a row as they are easy especially when they do it wrong and hit skulls by lagging too much...

Hello Silly Sadie; That was my son who loves the puzzles. He also talks about making secret friends with other older people that are really nice and respectful. I would like to thank you and your 2 other friends that let my 8 year boy play along with you. As I said when we were playing, you did not have to do that and it really put a hugh smile on his face. Thus the name..... Fat Stinky Kat, hello? Maybe we don't play the same ToonTown but the place I play is full of 15 laff clone griefers and HI- laffers toons who want to stink each other or worse. I didn't make it this way it's just the way things are...

I do not have to explain my reasons anymore than I already have. I stated what I said as a favor to all toons. If you don't like the way I play stay out of the elevator with me.

I am more then happy to play with you and your friends... i had a wonderful time today and WOW how fast we got through!!!
we will see how fast everyone would like to get through the game when they all need 14,400 jns and spend about 30 min trying to get on elevator just to encounter someone who wants to do a puzzle and hit the cogs!

TTFan;
Everyone is different. That's why the world is the way it is.
We have the right to disagree with the way someone feels about something.
We have the right to voice our opinions on things.
We have the right to feel the way we do about stuff.

If Fat Stinky Kat doesn't want to go thru any of the Offices with ppl who feel the need to try the puzzles or want to do the puzzles, that's his choice and it's not fair of you to call him a disgrace.

It's his right to leave ppl and go back to the playground, and I would do the same thing if the ppl were insistant on trying to solve those horrid red puzzles or even the other 2 easy ones and had no clue how to do them and just ran up to the switch and triggered the cogs, however I would let them no I wasn't happy with their performance and use the speedchat "Let's go back to the playground." or "This isn't what I'm looking for." and I would tp out, but I think I would help them defeat the cogs and not leave them there to defend the cogs themselves.

Am I a bad person if I leave ppl behind when I'm in the factory needing 5500 merits and a person who jumped on the elevator with me knew this and decided to run ahead, trigger the cogs and kill them without waiting for me so they could use a gag for points?
If I am, then you can put me with Fat Stinky Kat because I am known to leave ppl behind and tp out by saying "This isn't what I'm looking for." and "See ya!"

I am thankful we have the right to be different and have a different outlook on anything that is put before us.
I am also thankful that we have the right to disagree.

Fat Stinky Kat said what he had to say and whether or not you or I or anybody likes it, it's HIS right, and I would never call someone who felt differently than I, a disgrace.

I love it when people glitch, even tho the games can be fun to do, the DA's office can take a long time to go thru especially if you need a lot of JN the . I just wish that I could do it.
