I know what needs to be done to win. My point is this.....if there are enough ppl stunning cogs, why would a toon try to pull someone else from the scales to stun cogs who are already being taken care of??????

i absolute hate it whne ppl force me to do the stunning......afterall i get booted if i stun so i think it would be best if i hit the scale

but dont worry....do wut you want to do unless it messes up the entire cj lol

do you know what i cant stand? (and btw i enjoy stunning the cogs) i cant stand when they think they are all that hitting scale then about 5 min later they r crying they need toonup or start to stun the cogs... just leaving the scale alone! makes me laff each time!!

If you're a better scaler then that's what you should do.
Alot of ppl like 4 stunners with a 5th on reserve to take the place of whoever needs evidence first and the cycle continues.
I can do both.. because I aced the stunning of the cogs first then started hitting the scale.

Im sick of toons that think they have to hit the scale. I too consider myself a much better scaler but I almost never get to do it because there is rarely enough stunners. If you are in the CJ and there are 5 toons at the scale someone has to join the stunners!!! I just lost a CJ because everyone wanted to scale. This simply does not work. You Need To Stun The Cogs! Disney would not have given us this phrase if it wasnt absolutely necessary to do this job.

Learn to do both and be flexible.

As has been previously stated in many posts, do not run up and down the line of cogs trying to stun them all, this does not work. Pick 2 cogs and stay with them until you run out of evidence. If someone else is off to get evidence then its ok to help out and stun 3. When they get back stick to 2 cogs per toon.

I enjoy stunning, I'm not one of those toons who tell anyone what to do, however, stunning is important, anyone can scale, and attacking the scale is the easiest job, and least important. I really look up to those who volunteer to be stunners and do it. But if you want to scale say at the begining of the Cog battle, "I want to hit the scale" and they should allow you to do so. -Naruto

Some people are just jerks. Ussally ill go on the scale and if someone says they would rather hit the scale then stun the cogs then I would go over and fill there spot. Ignore them because if they really want to win they will go over there and stun the cogs.

When all 8 toons are in the elevator I always say that I will stun the cogs and then ask "can you help me". Normally there is 3 other people that say they will stun the cogs. Once you chose the 2 cogs you are going to stun, stay with them through out the whole battle. Get more evidence and go back to those same 2. This creats consistancy and the other 3 to 4 stunners should do the same. This battle strategy is a clear winner, no matter what level the other toons are. I have not lost using this strategy with secret friends or random toons. In my opinion, communicating what youare going to do in the battle is important. This gives the other toons an idea of what everyone is going to do.

Have you ever won a CJ battle with ALL 8 toons stunning? I'm just asking since you make it sound useless to hit the scale.

I am with the 4 man stun cog plan. Picking 2 and staying with them. I think that is the best. I too, have gotten a sad face when I ran over to hit the scale since I saw 5 toons stunning. I just dont believe in the 5 man plan, so if I see 5 stunning, I am gonna hit the scales. I dont say what I am gonna do at the start ..I wait and see where I am needed. But if you really want to hit the scale..then say you are going to, and then go do it. If you know what you are good at .. do it. But dont sacrifice the whole cj to stay there. If you see no one else is going to budge and go stun..well..you can first say "you need to stun the cogs" and hope they go..if that fails..you have to go yourself. I am a firm believer in being able to do both, just like in the cfo. I think you should be able to go and do whatever needs to be done.
